BTS to end vacation with 'Permission To Dance On Stage Seoul' concerts, surprise song
BTS ended 2021 on a high note as they announced that they would be going on a well-deserved vacation after their record-breaking LA concerts at SoFi stadium. And while we have been getting the occasional solo projects like Suga’s feature on Juice WRLD’s posthumous album and Jungkook’s first solo OST, the members are enjoying their hiatus. However, it looks like they will be ending it by showering fans with tons of content like concerts and possibly a new song.
When their label BigHit announced that BTS would be going on a hiatus, they announced that it would end in March with a Seoul concert. The members were also working on an album while RM had hinted at a world tour. ARMY were extremely excited about it and well, now we have concrete information. On February 16, BigHit shared that they had set the dates for BTS’ 3-day concert in Seoul.

BTS announce Seoul concerts
BTS had first announced the ‘Permission To Dance On Stage’ concert in September as they held an online concert in October. The global K-pop group then extended the concert series by having four LA offline concerts in December. It became their first offline concert after two years since their last world tour was in 2019. Well, now we are getting the Seoul version with ‘Permission To Dance On Stage - Seoul’ in March. It will be for three days on March 10 at 7 pm KST (5 am ET), March 12 and 13 at 6 pm KST (4 am ET).
They are going to be hybrid concerts as fans can attend all three concerts in person while those who cannot make it can watch it online. BTS will be performing at Olympic Stadium in Seoul. The first and third concerts will be live-streamed while the March 12 concert can be viewed live in theatres. At the same time, there are rumors of a surprise song in the making. While reporting the concert news and BTS’ V getting Covid-19 on February 15, a Korean news outlet stated “a surprise new song release is also expected.”

ARMY are excited as they made tweets like, “Let the speculation begin!” They also brought back the time Jungkook had spoiled the song. TOUR DATES ANNOUNCED AND COMEBACK SOON OMGDJSKSKSKS.” One ARMY shared, “We got concert dates Yesss and possible new surprise song might drop, armys are we ready!!!!!!!!!” A happy international fan pointed out, “THEY WILL STREAM THE CONCERTS TOO WE NEVER LOSE.” Fans are also hyped up for the concert photos BTS will post on their Instagram, “READY YALLS IG FEED BECAUSE WE GETTIN THAT CONCERT AESTHETIC.”
