Is BTS going on a hiatus? ‘REST WELL’ trends as fans wish them happy holidays
From dropping new music to setting the stage on fire at award shows and concerts, K-pop icons BTS have been working way too hard. Now, with an intention to give them a break, their management company Big Hit Music announced over the weekend that the septet will be going on a short vacation to rejuvenate. This comes after the group recently performed at the 2021 American Music Awards (AMAs) followed by their ‘Permission to Dance: On Stage’ concerts at SoFi stadium after a gap of two years.
BTS had also recently enthralled their fans at the 2021 Jingle Ball. With this vacation, however, they will miss the Seoul Music Awards which is touted as one of the biggest award nights in South Korea. BTS members namely RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook will have to quarantine as per the new mandate for the international travelers. The BTS Army could not contain their excitement as soon as they got to know about the legendary group taking a short break. Hashtag ‘#Restwell’ soon picked up the heat on the trending list as fans thronged to Twitter to wish them happy holidays.
