LONDON, ENGLAND: The growing popularity of 'Bridgerton' led to the spin-off 'Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story' in May 2023. This year, the historical romance series continues to impress audiences with the release of its latest season.

As Season 3: Part 1 sparks lively discussions among fans about future developments, there's also curiosity about whether the series is paving the way for another spin-off.

There's a huge online discussion that the other characters of 'Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story' need to be explored in their own spin-offs.

One such standout character is Violet Bridgerton (Ruth Gemmell), whose layered persona has been one of the highlights in the Netflix series.

Why Violet Bridgerton requires her own spin-off?

While, 'Bridgerton' is full of interesting characters, Violet Bridgerton deserves more spotlight, especially since the show is such a huge success.

The spin-off series on Queen Charlotte had provided an insight into young Violet's life. She was introduced as a lively girl with strong opinions.

While 'Bridgerton' just portrays her as a single mother of eight, desperate to find the right match for them, it would be refreshing to see how she met the love of her life.

Violet and Viscount Edmund Bridgerton's (Rupert Evans) love story would make an interesting spin-off, especially since their romance ended abruptly as Edmund died earlier in the series.

If Violet gets a spin-off of her own, we can expect her character to be explored in depth, along with an insight into her romance with her late husband Edmund.

It would also be interesting to see her character arc into becoming the matriarch of Bridgerton empire, raising eight kids single handedly.

While Netflix has not made any announcements of 'Bridgerton' getting another spin-off, Shonda Rhimes, creator of 'Queen Charlotte', has hinted at its possibility.

During the London premiere of Queen Charlotte in Leicester Square, she told Hello, “There’s no plan to explore anybody in particular… Although, in writing it I got very interested in Violet’s story. So, we’ll see."

Violet Bridgerton is an interesting and multi-layered character that definitely deserves further exploration. Meanwhile, her brewing romance in Season 3 has further drawn us into her life.

After Edmund's death, Violent didn't divulge in any romantic affairs. However, as the responsibility towards her children begins to reduce, she appears to be interested in giving love another chance.

After confiding in Lady Danbury (Adjoa Andoh) that she might be looking for a companion, we see a possible love angle between Violet and Lord Marcus Anderson.

Lord Marcus Anderson is a new character introduced in 'Bridgerton' Season 3. He is Lady Danbury's brother and we can already sense an opportunity of romance here.
