'Botched': Woman embarrassed of her 'pig nose' asks Dr Terry Dubrow and Dr Paul Nassif to reshape it to resemble her mother's

Erika decided to head to the 'Botched' doctors to help her with her nose as she wants a nose that doesn't remind her of pork chops.

Erika has always been conscious of her nose and this time, she thought about heading to the professionals to get the nose that she had always wanted. Describing her nose as a "pig nose", Erika opened up about feeling unhappy with the nose that she had. She opened up to Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow about her thoughts on how she wanted her nose to look.

She stated that she would love to have a nose that is longer and pointy. She revealed that she has had surgeries in the past but that did not give her the result that she had hoped it would. To make matters worse, Erika also had a scar at the tip of her nose which she wanted to be removed. She recalled that she was often asked by people why her nose looked like that.

Dr. Nassif decided to help Erika out and examine what could be done to help her out. Erika showed a picture of her mother and pointed out that she wanted a nose like her. While Dr. Nassif remarked that it won't be possible to get the exact results he assured her that they could work on something similar.

He further added that Erika's skin in the nose had less elasticity and stretch which might make it hard for them to get a pointed nose. Despite this, he was optimistic about surgery. Erika finally agreed to go under the knife for the third time and hoped things would be different this time.

During the surgery, Dr. Nassif remarked that he felt like he was in an episode of 'Dr. Pimple Popper' because of all the tissue that had woven together in Erika's nose. He found it difficult to make space and worried that this might hinder the blood vessels from bringing in oxygen.

Dr. Nassif ensured that he opens the nostrils and allows them to breathe freely. Meanwhile, he also leveled her skin on the nose and ensured that the scar does not take all the attention. Dr. Nassif was happy with the surgery and was glad to see that no blood clot was caused due to the surgery.

This hinted that the nose was getting proper blood supply. After a couple of weeks of recovering Erika returned to show her new nose and she looked happy with the results. She felt confident coming back and stated that she could happily talk about pork chops at her restaurant without worrying that her nose looked like that of a pig.

'Botched' airs on Mondays at 10 pm on E!
