'Billions' is back with politics, mind games and the power struggle between Bobby Axelrod (Damian Lewis) and Chuck Rhoades Jr (Paul Giamatti).

In a major surprise, the show was dropped earlier than usual, and viewers can't express their delight. The first episode starts where the season four finale ended.

Titled 'The New Decas', the official summary reads: "Bobby Axelrod reaches a major milestone. Chuck struggles to get his bearings, and he and Wendy navigate a new normal. Tensions are high at Axe Cap now that Taylor Mason is back. Axe faces off against new rival Mike Prince. Taylor wrestles with a decision."

Showrunner Brian Koppelman tweeted, "Also, if you have showtime or showtime anytime, you can watch the first episode of season 5 tonight, at 12:00 AM."

Actor Delaney Williams posted, "Sorry, I can't watch #Billions right now...I have to #watch at least 2 at a sitting..so I’ll have to wait ‘til I have a few in the DVR bank.. Also, I’d appreciate it if nobody puts anything online about it for a couple of weeks until I catch up.. #NoSpoilers pls.. #Thx, #Internet."
