Memphis Garrett became the Head of Household during the second week on the show. He decided to make use of his power and create an alliance that he thought would be strong enough to take him far into the game. Nicole Franzel, Cody Calafiore, Dani Briones, Christmas Abbott and Tyler Crispen were the people he had selected for his alliance.

The first time Memphis hinted that things would not go his way was when Christmas decided to save Ian Terry after she won the safety suite. Memphis was not happy about her choice as he was eyeing on Ian to be blocked this week. Hearing Ian being saved, Memphis was forced to change his decision. He decided to put David Alexander and Nicole Anthony on the block. Memphis explained that he chose Nicole because she was the only one who did not use the safety suite card. Meanwhile, Memphis revealed that he put up David on the block because he wanted him to show that he was worth staying in the game.

While Nicole was shocked to hear her name, others thought that Memphis was being harsh in the game. In the latest episode (August 19), Dani and Tyler hinted that they are not happy with how things turned out. Dani revealed that she was not happy with how Memphis treated David. She thought he was not being human by letting the emotions of winning the game take over him.

Tyler had a similar reaction. He decided to go and talk to David about what had happened. During their conversation, Tyler stated that he was not happy with how Memphis was behaving and promised David that if he was selected to play for veto, he would be saving him. Speaking to the camera, Tyler revealed that even though he was part of the Memphis alliance, he did not appreciate the way he treated people and would be making decisions of his own.

Viewers of the show also thought Memphis was not playing the game properly as one wrote, "Memphis is playing an aggressive game so fast and his nomination speeches were completely unnecessary and right now he's going to have a target on his back if he doesn't change his ego."

"Memphis acts like he’s some great Big Brother player because he got carried to final 2 by the best to ever play the game. He wins ONE HOH and thinks he’s hot s**t," said another. "'I’m gonna put up the nerdy girl and black guy and make them Have Nots because I’m a misogynist and racist. And because I’m heartless I’m gonna sit here and laugh about it.' Ughh I wish Memphis could evict himself because he’s not only useless in #BB22, he’s useless to humanity," another thought about the nominations.

"I am incredibly turned off by Memphis and his demeanor to his housemates," another echoed similar thoughts. Will this be the last time his alliance will be together?

The next episode of 'Big Brother' Season 22 will air on Thursday at 8 pm ET on CBS.
