Kim Wexler has been one of the integral characters in ‘Better Call Saul’. Since the beginning, the character was a force to be reckoned with and had always been better than Saul Goodman in so many ways. The transition of her character has been astounding and Rhea Seehorn has done a phenomenal job in portraying that on the small screen. In the penultimate episode of ‘Better Call Saul’ Season 6, we finally saw Kim Wexler making an appearance for the first time since Episode 9. In that episode, Kim left Saul after what happened with Howard and Lalo, deciding to have a life with no guilt. But that’s impossible to do because she has been an active member of what Saul did in the past.

In the post ‘Breaking Bad’ era, Kim is living in Florida and working at Palm Coast Sprinklers. Everything was smooth and simple until Saul called her. They got into an argument after Kim told Saul that he should “turn himself in”. However, Saul got furious and told Kim that she should surrender as well because she planned a lot of things during that time. Shockingly, Kim returns to Albuquerque and tells the truth to Howard’s wife, Cheryl. The affidavit said that she and Saul planted everything on Howard and made his life miserable. She also admitted that Howard’s death wasn’t a suicide.

With tonight’s episode, we have finally witnessed the end of the Kim and Saul era as they signed the divorce papers. Also, Jeffy’s mother has already gotten to know about Saul’s reality and called the police, so it seems like the end is near for the former lawyer. Although it will be hard to bring Kim for the final episode, if Saul goes to trial for everything he has done, Kim might turn out to be the most important person during that trial.
