RODNEY BAY, SAINT LUCIA: 'Below Deck' Season 10 is about to welcome its next primary charter guest. Similar to the last guest, this one will also bring challenges with him. Well, it is to be seen whether the crew members will be able to handle the pressure of handling the primary guest and his companions or not.

Bravo is about to bring upon a group of business associates on 'Below Deck' Season 10. The upcoming primary guest demands a Caribbean lunch. Indeed, things are going to be hard for chef Rachel Hargrove. Well, not only this, but the guests are about to be hammered with a bunch of booze. They will be seen being very demanding. Who is Jake Clopton?

Jake Clopton is a serial entrepreneur, author, and economist. He is a real estate and finance mogul who is actively involved in the various prospects of commercial lending, insurance products, property ownership, and management. Jake's upbringing and college were done in New York. However, he later moved to Argentina and then to Chicago for the sake of earning a living. Jake reveals in the 'All-In' podcast that his go-to motto is "to do better than last year! Always to be improving."

Jake is a very enthusiastic person. His children are his alarm clock, which motivates him to get up early. Moreover, exercising and eating right are some of the things that are consistent in Jake's life. Jake is the president and founder of Clopton Capital. He founded the company in 2008, and it's been 15 successful years until now. Clopton Capital is a commercial mortgage broker and the financial intermediary that arranges and structures commercial real estate finance, specializing in the $1 to 200+ million debt and equity space. Jake's clients are private investors, family offices, and real estate companies. According to his LinkedIn profile, he is also president of Fractional CFO Services and Clopton Insurance Services. Jake claims, "I have a philosophy of not trying to run too many races. I want to really focus and do what I do the best."

Jake will be joined by two of his business associates and family members in the upcoming episode of 'Below Deck' Season 10. Well, it seems that the guests onboard are about to have a lot of demands. Rachel will be seen saying, "These guests are crazy." The guests will be requesting a seafood extravaganza paired with beverages. This might be challenging for Rachel.

Leigh-Ann will be given the responsibility of serving cocktails to the guests. But, that's not going to be easy because they have a whole meal plan that needs to be followed keenly. Moreover, the primary guest has requested a steel drummer to entertain his fellow mates on the board. Being alcohol lovers, the primary guest and his companions will be making a scene on 'Below Deck.' While enjoying their drink, the primary guest's friend will fall on the board.
