Who is Jake Clopton?
Jake Clopton is a serial entrepreneur, author, and economist. He is a real estate and finance mogul who is actively involved in the various prospects of commercial lending, insurance products, property ownership, and management. Jake's upbringing and college were done in New York. However, he later moved to Argentina and then to Chicago for the sake of earning a living. Jake reveals in the 'All-In' podcast that his go-to motto is "to do better than last year! Always to be improving."
Jake is a very enthusiastic person. His children are his alarm clock, which motivates him to get up early. Moreover, exercising and eating right are some of the things that are consistent in Jake's life. Jake is the president and founder of Clopton Capital. He founded the company in 2008, and it's been 15 successful years until now. Clopton Capital is a commercial mortgage broker and the financial intermediary that arranges and structures commercial real estate finance, specializing in the $1 to 200+ million debt and equity space. Jake's clients are private investors, family offices, and real estate companies. According to his LinkedIn profile, he is also president of Fractional CFO Services and Clopton Insurance Services.
