'Below Deck Sailing Yacht': Charter guest McCordia Young slammed for 'sexually harassing' Gabriela

Aside from ensuring that the interiors of the luxury sail yacht Parsifal III is impeccable, the stewardesses on 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' are also responsible to ensure that the charter guests are well taken care of while they are on board the yacht. New stewardess Gabriela Barragan wasted no time in learning the ropes of how to handle inappropriate behavior from charter guests during the first charter itself.

The premiere episode of 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' Season 3 kicked off with real-estate investor McCordia Young chartering the yacht along with his friends to celebrate Black excellence. What started off as a fun and an easygoing group of entrepreneurs having a good time during their vacation took a dark turn after McCordia downed a couple of drinks. Towards the end of night one, McCordia approached Gabriela, who was the only crew member working late at night after the rest of the crew went to bed. McCordia began by complimenting the stewardess for her septum ring and then proceeded to ask her who she was interested in.

Gabriela handled the situation gracefully by replying that she's interested in both men and women of all shapes and sizes. McCordia reassured her that he wasn't interested in women, but found her hot. Gabriela tried laughing it off, but the charter guest continued to flirt with her. The flirting became inappropriate when despite Gabriela making it clear that she wasn't comfortable with the conversation nor interested in him, McCordia continued to ask her who she was sleeping with and who she was interested in on the yacht.

The stewardess maintained her calm and composure since he was the primary charter guest, and continued to behave in a very civil manner with him despite his uncomfortable questioning and inappropriate behavior. After watching McCordia and Gabriela's interaction, fans began calling out the charter guest for sexually harassing the stewardess.
