Fans were heartbroken when they learnt that chef Marcos Spaziani wouldn't be returning for next charter season as he's opening his own restaurant

Whether its whipping up a ten-course meal for eight guests in a tiny kitchen by himself or creating molecular gastronomy meal, Chef Marcos Spaziani proved time and again that he wasn't going to cut any corners when it comes to giving Parsifal III guests the best culinary experience of their lives. So when the 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' chef announced that he wouldn't be returning to the Bravo show for its fourth season, fans were heartbroken.

During the finale episode of 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' Season 3, Marcos revealed that he got a call from fellow chef Louis Huh about opening their own restaurant in Los Angeles! The celebrity chef was so excited after getting the call that he excitedly announced it to the crew. While the crew was happy for him, they quickly realized that it meant the handsome Venezuelan chef wouldn't be with them for the next charter season. Just like the Parsifal III crew, fans too got very emotional watching their favorite chef saying his goodbyes to everybody.

Chef Marcos took to Twitter to thank everybody for their love and support during his stint on the Bravo show while announcing his exit from the show. He wrote, "I want to thank everyone for the big support and great comments. I never thought in my life I would bring so much inspiration to so many ppl and for that I’m very grateful and also blessed! But I can’t go back to the next season. #BelowDeckSailingYacht #belowdecksailing."

After learning that Marcos wouldn't be returning for the next season, as he's opening his own restaurant, curious fans began wondering about his new restaurant. Chef Marcos and Louis Hah's new restaurant- Marlou, is located inside the O Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. Their eatery offers a wide array of brunch and dinner items seven days a week, The menu includes crowd-favorite dishes like gnocchi, avocado toast, eggs benedict, rib-eye steak, etc.
