The charter guests on 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' are a tough crowd to please. Their erratic behavior and crazy demands can rile up even the most experienced hospitality veteran, but the crew members of Parsifal III patiently smile and put up with everything in the hopes of receiving big, fat tip money at the end of the charter to make up for everything. This was precisely the motivation for the crew members when they learned that mother-daughter duo Cindy and Erica Rose would be returning as primary chart guests.

The chief stewardess Daisy Kelliher was taken aback on learning that the Roses were chartering the yacht again, but decided to put her biases aside and encouraged her crew to go above and beyond to impress the guests. Unfortunately, Erica's husband Chuck Rose was unimpressed by the culinary spread on the yacht. He and Cindy kept complaining about how McDonald's food tasted better than what they were being served on their luxury vacation. Despite a head injury, chef Marcos Spaziani whipped up a feast for the guests in the hopes of appeasing them. Sadly, the crew's efforts and hard work didn't yield the expected result, as the Roses left a tip of just $6,500.

When the amount was split among everybody in the crew it came further down to $750 per person. The whole crew was left feeling disappointed with the measly tip they received in exchange for their hospitality and service. Captain Glenn Shephard made it a point to remind his team that they did a phenomenal job and that the tip money wasn't a reflection of their work but rather the reflection of the charter guests' nature.

Fans too agreed with the Captain and took to Twitter to call out the demanding Roses for leaving such a poor tip after not only mistreating the crew members, but also damaging the couch in the yacht. A fan tweeted, "$6,500 is the all-time lowest tip I remember seeing in the #BelowDeck franchise. Low-class no-class guests need to find Nemo the next time they attempt a charter. #belowdecksailing." Another fan wrote, "Erica was so ready to redeem herself (& kinda did) but her hubs & mom clearly didnt get the memo $6500?!! Complete BS. Also pretty sure this is the only charter in BD history to not give a little goodbye/thank you speech, but w that pathetic tip Im not shocked #belowdecksailing." "#belowdecksailing I am so sorry for the way you were treated on the second charter! They insult you, damage the ship and have the nerve to tip so cheaply! I’m embarrassed But that’s how they probably conduct always conduct themselves! As The Countess sings, “$ can’t buy u class”!" commented a fan.

Another fan shared, "$6500 tip? Those guests are the absolute WORST!! #belowdecksailing." "Wow that is an extraordinarily as tip. @BravoTV can we seriously not give these classless imbeciles another opportunity to be abusive pricks (though the couple that was over it need a makeup cruise)? #belowdecksailing," seconded a fan. "$6,500 tip ( should be around $20k) for the service crew on #belowdecksailing ...what a insult to those hard working crewmembers that had to put up with those horrible guests. @4lisaguerrero , what say you?" expressed a fan. "Are you kidding me?!?! After all the crap those guests put the crew through and the crew still knocked the service out of the park; they only provided a tip totaled $6,500?!?! Wow that’s the epitome of classless. #belowdecksailing," declared a fan.
