Who is Damien Berry? 'Basketball Wives' star Feby Torres' boyfriend was jailed for writing $100,000 in bad checks
'Basketball Wives' Season 9 is on track and how. Right from the word go, the ladies are spilling tea like there's no tomorrow. Feby Torres, who was introduced in Season 7, has a strong storyline. She brings an NFL player to the mix and we immediately know there's going to be fireworks.
The couple has been together for a while and he hopes to settle down soon but Feby is not ready. The difference of opinions is understandable given Feby's past. She just wants to be fully sure before committing to marriage. Feby admits that she doesn't want to get a divorce or separate after they walk down the aisle.

Damien points out that they have pasts and must try and find a way to work around them, to which Feby hesitantly agrees. Although Lance Stephenson's name doesn't come up in the conversation, Damien claims Feby has been talking to her baby's father, which she calls out as untrue. Meanwhile, when Feby shares this information (of Damien visiting her in Los Angeles) with Evelyn Lozada, she is surprised. She is happy but also worries something "is not right".
Damien has a dark past. The former Baltimore Ravens was once arrested for writing over $100,000 in bad checks, TMZ Sports had reported in 2015. He was briefly locked up in the Lee County jail. Apparently, he also sold his Super Bowl auction ring to an auction house but he denied those claims. Meanwhile, fans are not interested in her or her storyline. Some even want her off the show. But that's not really possible, given the strong backstory she brings with her.
