'Bachelor in Paradise' Season 6, Episode 10: Blake might be rekindling things with Kristina, but he’s still interested in Bri
'Bachelor in Paradise' season 6 returned on Tuesday night for episode 10, and luckily tonight, there weren't any fights or excess drama like the previous episodes. But it did include an unfortunate and sudden return along with a bombshell. We also saw a few relationships become official and stable.
But what no one expected was to see Blake Horstmann have a sudden revelation that Kristina Schulman might be the one he's looking for. The entire episode takes a massive turn from Blake mopping around the beach spending his time alone, to him realizing that the one for him has been right in front of him all this while.
“Oh my God, she’s right there!” we see Blake tell the camera. “Kristina’s been right there this whole time… Maybe all this time what I wanted was right in front of me.” He then takes Kristina for a chat and tells her that they should give their relationship a shot. “I thought I really did just want to be friends with you,” he says. “Yet here I am saying that I can’t stop thinking about you.”

Blake might have opened up about his feelings to Kristina but is it real? Or did he just say that to get a rose from her that night? Kristina, on the other hand, is skeptical about her decision, and we don't blame her, Blake has ex's walking all around the beach. But she does decide to give him a chance and hands over her rose to him symbolizing that it is not a friendship rose, but to see if the two can fix things between them and give their relationship a chance.
While we expected things to go smooth post their discussion, we were once again proved wrong, as Bri Barnes the fake Australian makes an entrance. She and Blake hit it off during the wedding and both shared interests in each other. But sadly, now Blake is taken or at least seems to be. The second Bri makes an entrance, we see Kristina snapping her fingers in front of Blake's face grabbing his attention from Bri to her.
Things start to go bad once Bri takes Blake for a talk. Kristina gets emotional, and we don't blame her, because barely five seconds ago Blake was confessing his undying interest in her and wanting to take things to the next level. While everyone thought that Blake would agree to go on the date with Bri, he surprisingly turned her down. But did he really want to do it though?
It was very clear from his behavior that he wanted to go on that date with Bri, and was so into her but had to step down because he just confessed his feelings for Kristina and has to prove himself to her. But from the time Bri took Matt on the date and the duo left paradise on their date, Blake couldn't stop talking about her.
He kept talking about how perfect and gorgeous she is. He went on raving about Bri and the reassuring himself that he's with Kristina. It was as if he was trying to talk himself out of being interested with Bri by raving about her, and then reminding himself that he has to prove himself to Kristina. And that didn't miss the eyes of fans either.
Taking to Twitter a fan wrote, "lake sounds like he’s trying to talk himself into believing he really doesn’t like Bri & he made the right decision to not go out on the date with her. Blake is the player that’s gotta play! #bachelorinparadise."
"Blake trying to convince himself that refusing Bri’s date for a chance with Kristina was a good choice #bip #bachelorinparadise," wrote another fan. Adding to that another said, "Why do I think Blake wasn’t turning down the date with Bri because he’s into Kristina but because he sees the window closing on him being able to repair his reputation??? #BachelorInParadise."
We will get to see what goes down when BIP returns next week.
