Titled 'The Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia,' the Netflix series is set to release part 2 of the sitcom titled 'Ashley Garcia: Genius in Love' in late July. Teen dramas are a huge genre on the streaming giant and with the series having premiered on February 17, 2020, many were anticipating the second season. Plot
The series chronicles the life of a 15-year-old robotics engineer and rocket scientist named Ashley Garcia who "explores the great unknown of modern teendom after moving across the country to pursue a degree in robotics." According to the released trailer for Part 2 of the series, we see Garcia deal with friendships, loyalty, relationships, and sisterhood among many other coming-of-age themes.

Besides her role as Ashely Garcia, Chávez is known for her roles as Young Kim Kardashian in 'Scandal Made Me Famous' (2018), Carmen in 'Day 5' (2016), Freda in 'Teenage Girl: Valerie's Holiday' (2019) and Angel in 'Li'l Mayne and the Knuckleheads' (2019).
Mario Lopez is probably best known to youngsters as AC Slater from NBC's popular teen comedy series Saved by the Bell (1989). He has also proven himself as a talented presenter and has already hosted such series as Name Your Adventure (1992), The Other Half (2001) and Pet Star (2002).
