THE KEYS, FLORIDA: '90 Day: The Last Resort' features some well-known couples from throughout the '90 Day Fiance' franchise as they try their best to save their troubled relationships. Five couples will try to fix their problems while dealing with the other personalities in the group.
Among the couple are Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa who appeared on Season 6 of '90 Day Fiance'. Fans have watched Kalani and Asuelu's love story unfold as the pair quickly fell in love and started a family together.

Are Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa still married?
Kalani and Asuelu met while she was on vacation in Samoa and he was an activities director. They quickly fell in love.
Their relationship took a turn when Kalani became pregnant and they welcomed a son named Oliver in January 2018.
After Kalani gave birth to Oliver, the pair began the process for Asuelu's K-1 visa so he could be with Kalani and their son in the United States.
Shortly after he arrived in the United States, Kalani and Asuelu learned they were expecting their second baby. They tied the knot in September 2018.
Kalani has not publicly commented on the status of her relationship with Asuelu. Notably, the Samoa native has been absent from many of her recent social media posts. But she did hint that they are not living together.
During a Q&A via her Instagram Stories in March 2023, a social media user asked if they are "still together". However, the TLC personality didn’t answer the question and instead commented on where the fan lives.
Kalani said, "The time change messed up my kids’ sleeping schedule so I’m very tired and hungry right now," adding, "So I read that as, 'Greetings from Hamburger, Germany.'"

Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa have gone through many obstacles during their romance in the franchise. In the Season 3 premiere episode of '90 Day Diaries' in March 2022, the couple struggled with communication issues and got into a huge fight as they prepared to sell their Utah home.
Additionally, Asuelu's family has been a big point of contention for the pair. His mother and sister treat Kalani as enemy number one. Besides communication, cultural differences and past indiscretions have plagued their relationship.
Now, the couple gives another chance to their relationship as they navigate their trust issues, and huge revelations come to light.
Trying to reconnect through therapy, Kalani and Asuelu will try to move past their indiscretions and find love again, not just for themselves but for the sake of their children.
'90 Day: The Last Resort' premieres on Monday, August 14 at 9 pm ET on TLC.
