HOUSTON, TEXAS: When Johnie Maraist leaves Christopher Fox in Season 5 to follow Ismael "Izzy' Zapata Jr, it's one of those 'Love Is Blind' decisions that just makes you want to yell at the TV.

Particularly given that he decides he would rather be with Stacy Snyder shortly after she agrees to see Izzy exclusively.

However, we learn in Episode 7 that Johnie and Chris are together. What's going on with them now?

After the pod portion of the experiment was completed, Johnie and Chris finally met, as shown in Episode 7. In doing so, they discovered that the emotions were still present.

Chris is still in love with Johnie when they meet up with the rest of the group again in episode seven, just a few weeks before the engaged couples' weddings.

Outside the show, things could be very different. According to Instagram, it's very likely that Chris and Johnie are no longer together.

Neither of them is highlighted on the other's accounts. However, the images they share show that they are both traveling to very different places.

Perhaps Johnie and Chris do succeed after the production of 'Love Is Blind' or perhaps they catch up during the reunion.

In Episode 7, Johnie and Chris join the other couples and single cast members for a get-together.

Despite Johnnie's best wishes for Stacy and Izzy, Izzy confronts Johnie about the way she ended things with Chris.

Izzy believes that Johnie does not deserve Chris and tells her so by referring to the real-life lawyer as "sketchy." He also tells her that other people in the pod feel the same way.

Johnie is naturally in tears as a result of this. Additionally, it appears from the trailers for the upcoming episodes that Stacy will also give Johnie a mouthful.

'Love Is Blind' is in the move-in phase. Well, Stacy and Izzy are even more so. The couple left the pods as one of Season 5's three engaged couples after three episodes with an intense dance.

As if this relationship status wasn't secure enough, Stacy and Izzy make things official and move in together.

Fans watched the couple's next move during the recent Netflix broadcast, and it seems it got off to a rocky start. The newly engaged couple is setting up Izzy's apartment.
