In a surprising twist, 'Love Island USA' Season 5 star Kenzo Nudo asked Carmen Kocourek to be his girlfriend

PACIFIC HARBOUR, FIJI: Carmen Kocourek and Kenzo Nudo are one of the finalists of 'Love Island USA' Season 5. As the couple lock horns for the winner's position, fans wonder whether the couple is together in real life or not.

It seems Carmen and Kenzo are going strong in their relationship. Carmen posted a couple of pictures of hers on Instagram a week ago saying, "When your relationship is the least problematic."

The star even made a hashtag of her and Kenzo's name "#Carzo." 

It is obvious as of now that the pictures have been posted by someone else as the couple was in the villa as the show was shot live.

Indeed, the confirmation of whether Carmen and Kenzo will continue their relationship in real life can only be confirmed when they come out of the villa.

'Love Island USA' Season 5 star Kenzo Nudo admits seeing a future with Carmen Kocourek

As we take a look at Carmen and Kenzo's relationship in unseen bits ahead of the finale, we see Kenzo confessing, "I definitely like, you know, see a future with you." 

He further claimed to Carmen, "I know it sounds crazy, but like, I've seriously like, I've fallen for you."

Surprised Carmen asks, "Really?" Kenzo replies, "I would, you know, I'd like to ask you if you would be my girlfriend?" 

Carmen replied with a yes and the couple kissed each other.

Are Kenzo Nudo and Carmen Kocourek faking their love on 'Love Island USA' Season 5?

Fans believe Carmen and Kenzo are not really in love. They claim to know each other from before the show, but they seem to know almost nothing about each other's personalities.

Moreover, Carmen and Kenzo have been planning their future together. But, fans believe their dreams to be a little too surreal. 

One tweeted, "These couples on #LoveIslandUSA suck. Carmen (the most annoying) and Kenzo are boring and fake. Kassy should have stuck with Johnnie."

Another called out their relationship, "Tired of seeing Carmen and Kenzo on my screen." Furthermore, a fan asked, "Have any of the dumped islanders commented on Carmen & Kenzo scheming??"

A fan slammed the couple, "I’m just now hearing that Kenzo and Carmen might be a fraud on #LoveIslandUSA and I never once thought they knew each other before. I love them though."

Who are 'Love Island USA' Season 5 finalists Kenzo Nudo and Carmen Kocourek?

Kenzo Nudo, 26, is a native of Scottsdale, Arizona. He was a basketball player at Grand Canyon University. He later left basketball because of the injuries, leading to multiple surgeries. 

Kenzo is a digital creator who loves fitness and traveling.

Carmen Kocourek is a 22-year-old from Milwaukee, Wisconsin native. She currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona. Being the daughter of a professional race car driver, Carmen calls racing track her second home. 

Carmen works part-time as a Community Assistant at OLiv Tempe. She also worked as a hostess and lead cashier.

'Love Island USA' Season 5's finale episode will be released on Sunday, August 27, 2023.
