Marvel drops NAIL BITING trailer for Paul Rudd's 'Ant-Man and The Wasp Quantumania'

Michelle Pfeiffer and Michael Douglas return for 'Quantumania', with David Dastmalchian, William Jackson Harper, Katy O’Brian, and Bill Murray. Many critics and editors were present at the premiere of 'Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania', and while some loved the movie, some pointed out the fact that "Kang the Conqueror" (Jonathan Majors) was great in the movie.

Critics hail Jonathan Majors' character 'Kang'

Variety editor Jazz Tangcay raved about 'Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania', calling it creative and irresistibly energetic. She tweeted, "Had an absolute blast watching #AntManAndTheWaspQuantumania. Creative, irresistibly energetic and filled with some great action sequences. Welcome Jonathan Majors -such a bad ass. The effects are superb."

"ANT-MAN AND THE WASP: QUANTUMANIA … trying to imagine a Marvel novice, “one ticket please,” then getting two hours of variant and multiverse talk. Jonathan Majors is great as Kang and for a good portion of the movie Michelle Pfeiffer is the main character, which is awesome," the Senior Entertainment Writer at Uproxx Publications tweeted about the movie.

To this, a viewer chimed in with, "Justice for that Michelle Pfeiffer Catwoman movie we were robbed of."

'Strong start to Phase 5', added another critic

The Editor-in-chief of Collider also supposedly loved 'Kang the Conqueror' as a character and tweeted his review, "Marvel’s #AntManAndTheWaspQuantumania is a strong start to Phase 5. I now understand why it’s called #Quantumania. JonathanMajors is excellent as Kang and cannot wait to see where this all goes. 2 after the credits scenes and both are very good."

Reading this, a viewer opened the galaxy of conspiracies with, "I've had a theory for a while that "Quantumania" was what happens to your mind when you've been exposed to Quantum energies for too long. Because we know Kang is a nut, and it's been established since the first movie that Pym Particles affect your sanity. Am I onto something?"

While most people really loved the movie, some were disappointed with the lack of narration. A producer and writer in Los Angeles, Jordie Poblete expressed his disappointment with the new Ant-Man movie by tweeting, "#AntManAndTheWaspQuantumania wasn’t the most entertaining MCU movie I’ve seen. Disappointed that this is how we’re entering Phase 5, but narratively it does mark the beginning of a multiversal narrative that can literally go anywhere. Btw 1 mid-credits scene + 1 post-credits."

Some really loved the narrative, but some really questioned it. All-in-all there is only love, praise, and appreciation for the Ant-Man sequel movie,  'Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania', which is set to release in theatres on February 17, 2023. Check out the trailer for more.
