Ever since their initial appearance on season 2 of '90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days', Micheal Ilesanmi and Angela Deem have been quite the explosive couple. As with most couples on the show, the pair met online and soon sparked a romance. Deem soon traveled to Nigeria to be with Ilesanmi and for the most part, they really seemed into each other. However, between Deem's trust issues, jealously and rumors of Ilesanmi cheating, the two called it quits at the end of Season 2, only to get back together in Season 3.
Ilesanmi's family seemed to accept Deem too, her future mother-in-law seemed fond of her too. But one of the major hurdles the couple faced was the fact that Deem couldn't have kids. To top it off, the couple even had a cancer scare. Although Deem's results came back clean and they were in the clear, they soon found out that she might not be able to have kids at all. While that nearly stopped the wedding, Ilesanmi and her love managed to survive through this. The couple tied the knot, but their love was still to be tested, seeing that Deem's mother, who she was close to, passed away shortly. That, combined with the fact that Ilesanmi was down in luck when it came to his K1 visa, seeing that he was denied it, really put a strain on their relationship.

Deem's health was a big part of the storyline, especially seeing that she and Ilesanmi were keen on having a baby but were unable too. Deem, however, recently debuted her newest look. Although her husband was dead set against the surgery, seeing that at her age there were risks. Deem maintained that she needs to get a few procedures done, for the sake of her health. Deem got gastric sleeve reduction, liposuction on her back and breast reduction. Deem recovered just fine, much to the relief of her fans.
