'American Ninja Warrior Women's Championship': Air time, how to live stream, athletes and all you need to know about NBC show
Strength, endurance and agility — the women on 'American Ninja Warrior' got all that and more. Jessie Graff led with example when she ran an obstacle course in Season 12 with injuries that required her to sit at home and recover. Even though Jessie didn't have a good season, she was able to raise the bar and send out a message that nothing's impossible.
The NBC-backed 'American Ninja Warrior Women's Championship' will premiere a few weeks before Season 13. It was filmed in 2020, just when Season 12 was in production.

The two-hour special episode will premiere on May 9, Sunday at 8/7c on NBC. For more information, check your local listings.

Plot
As many as 12 women will compete to take on three rounds of competition to win a $50K cash prize. The ninjas will start with a six-obstacle course and graduate to the one with 10. This will serve as a qualifier, after which the competitors will move on to the semis, and finally, the Power Tower playoff. These are high-energy rounds and require the ninjas to be alert and literally on their toes so that they can hit the buzzer and move forward in the competition.
Cast
For the special, all the greats have joined forces. Along with Jessie, the fans will get to witness Meagan Martin, Jesse Labreck, Allyssa Beird, Sandy Zimmerman, Tiana Webberley, Mady Howard, Jeri D’Aurelio, Zhanique Lovett, Rachael Goldstein, Ashley McConville and Michelle Warnky Buurma put in their best foot forward.
