Olivia Ximines is known for her showmanship and impeccable voice but tonight fans thought the contestant chose the wrong song to perform on 'American Idol' Season 18.

'American Idol' Season 18 returned on Sunday night for its first-ever remote edition. The series is creating history as it airs from 25 different locations across the country. The Top 20 contestants will each perform from their home. Judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie will critique the contestants from their homes too. While Ryan Seacrest hosts the show from his living room, in house mentor Bobby Bones will help the contestants.

The show must go on and 'American Idol' Season 18 is a perfect example of it. Tonight, the contestants battled it out for a chance to advance to the Top 10. While everyone gave their best, fans aren't in favor of one particular contestant's performance, and that's Olivia Ximines.

The young singer is known for her impeccable vocals but tonight fans said that she chose the wrong song for her performance. The contestant chose to sing Billie Eilish's 'Bad Guy'. Standing in front of her fireplace, she gave it her all but was definitely looking a little uncomfortable. Post her performance, Lionel said she had everything to become a superstar. Luke shared that she always brings the fun.

Despite her getting good comments from the judges, fans on Twitter thought otherwise. They claimed that Olivia chose the wrong song to perform tonight. "Olivia is beautiful but this wasn’t the best song for her #AmericanIdol," a fan shared.

"Well that’s one out of the way... 9 more still to eliminate #Olivia #AmericanIdol," a fan said. While another fan added, "Would have loved to hear Olivia sing something from destiny’s child instead! #AmericanIdol."

"Wrong song choice sis #Olivia #AmericanIdol," a fan wrote. Adding to that another said, "Olivia Ximines probably (definitely?) picked the wrong song to 'capture America's hearts'. And the vocal wasn't perfect by any stretch. But here's hoping she gets rewarded for bringing some energy and pluck to our living rooms when we needed it most. Grade: B #AmericanIdol."

"I adore Olivia, but singing a Billy Eilish song isn't doing her vocals any justice. She's got that big, powerful voice. She needs a song that will allow her to showcase that. #AmericanIdol," a fan added. Another fan shared, "Did Olivia read the lyrics to Bad Guy before she chose to sing it? It is definitely not a competition song, especially for somebody her age. #AmericanIdol."

'American Idol' Season 18 airs every Sunday night only on ABC. Check your local listings for more information.
