Amid coronavirus scare, many networks chose to shoot their TV shows without a live audience and another show to join this long list is 'America's Got Talent'. 'America's Got Talent' has thrived on audience reactions and there had been times when the decision of the judges was also influenced by the audience.

However, the show decided to make this important decision was made keeping the health and safety of the cast and crew in mind. This decision comes days after it was revealed that Heidi Klum, who is also one of the judges on the show, had left the set after she started feeling sick. It was revealed that she was down with a common cold.

Eric Stonestreet was chosen to replace Klum as the judge, as reported by Daily Mail. The news about no audience was also confirmed by one of the fans who was set to attend the show for its taping. Annabelle Norman revealed that she was notified that "out of an abundance of caution, America's Got Talent is suspending all tapings with a studio audience until further notice."

It continued, "We are sorry for any inconvenience; however your health is our top priority. We will notify you as soon as the show resumes with an audience so that you can reschedule and get tickets." Even though Klum could not be available for shooting because of her illness, the rest of the judges continued.

In fact, Howie Mandel, who has been vocal about his germophobia, came to the set wearing a full hazmat suit. It is no surprise that celebrities are trying to ensure that they are safe and sound. On Wednesday, it was revealed that Tom Hanks and his wife were tested positive for coronavirus. While the couple is isolating themselves, other celebrities also requested their fans to be safe and take all the necessary precautions to fight the disease.
