'AGT' Season 19: Watch Sofia Vergara's reaction to Cuban singer Dian Rene's second audition
PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: In the latest episode of 'America's Got Talent' Season 19, Cuban singer Dian Rene sang an English version of Jennifer Lopez's song Una Noche Más, despite having to learn it in English in just one night.
Shortly after, Simon Cowell interrupted the singer's performance and told him it was unfair to judge him based on only one day of learning a song in English. Simon advised him to come back after practicing another song.
Dian was not eliminated and returned after selecting a new song to perform for the judges. At the end of the episode, he came back for his second audition and impressed the judges by singing a song in his native language.
"What a difference. That's a different person," Simon told Sofia Vergara.
Talking of Dian's performance, Sofia said, "I think this is you. This sounds like you. I mean the other song I don't think it is going to help you with anything in Spanish, in English or Chinese. It was beautiful."
"You got the party started in here. Everyone was moving, grooving with you. You sounded great. You performed great. I'm so happy that you had that second chance and I think you really nailed it," Heidi Klum added.
Howie Mandel continued, "You are a joy to watch. You are just a really good performer and you deserve to be here."
'AGT' judge Simon Cowell calls Dian Rene 'different person' after second audition
While discussing Dian Rene's second audition for 'AGT' Season 19, Simon Cowell expressed surprise at seeing his return, noting that initially he had doubts due to his previous performance.
"I wasn't sure that we were going to see you again because you were so damn when we said, you know what you better come back and you came back as a different person The audience loved you," Simon told the singer.
Did Dian Rene make it through 'AGT' audition?

Dian Rene was able to impress the panel of judges, including Simon Cowell, Sofia Vergara, Howie Mandel, and Heidi Klum, during his second audition on Season 19 of 'America's Got Talent'. Securing four yes votes from the judges, Rene has successfully advanced to the next round of the popular NBC competition.

Dian Rene, also known as Adrián Rene Ramírez Rodríguez, is a talented singer hailing from Cuba who now calls Miami, Florida his home. Singing has always been a passion for Dian, starting from a young age and eventually leading him to showcase his talent on 'The Four: Battle for Stardom'.
