Who are Acapop! KIDS?

Formed by Scott Hoying of acapella group Pentatonix, Acapop! KIDS is an acapella group with members under the age of 17. The members of Acapop! KIDS are Adam Nagai, Alana Cruz-Ehrlich, Alana Zene-Smith, Alexander D'Alesio, Aliyah Mastin, Aubree Archibeck, Audrey Cymone, Ava Grace, Bri'Anna Harper, Camila Rodriguez, Camryn Quinlan, Celine Ngo, Eliza Pryor, Emily Taylor Kaufman, Ethan Hanzlik, Fabiana Aguirre, Frankie McNellis, Griffin Salerno, Harvey Baker Jr., Isabel Gonzalez, Jacob Mullins, Jaden Coronado, Kevelin Jones III, Landon Maughon, Lizzy "Ultrasonic" Newell, Liliana "Lulu" Tani, Mateo Martinez, McKenzie Mack, Naisha R Kadiveti, Naren Yalamanchili, Neeraj Yalamanchili, Nick Mangiaratti, Preston C. Howell, Ryann Barnes, Samuel Parker, Sydney Sterlace, Tanner Massey, and Zoey Siewert. 

For the 'AGT' performance, members Celine Ngo, Jaden Coronado, Adam Nagai, Eliza Pryor, Neeraj Yalamanchili, Aubree Archibeck, Gage Butler, and Kelvin Dukes took center stage.



 

What happened to Nolan Gibbons of Acapop! KIDS?

Nolan Gibbons, the beatboxer of the group passed away on August 18, 2020, in his sleep due to SUDC or sudden unexplained death in childhood. Gibbons was passionate about music from a young age and began singing locally at the age of 9. He even went on to win 'New England’s Got Talent' in 2017. As reported by Fun107, Gibbons' family honors his memory through a music festival called NolanFest which is held on Silvershell Beach in Marion.

Acapop! KIDS, too, continues to honor his memory as they spoke about their deep loss in an Instagram post. "We are heartbroken to say goodbye to our beloved Nolan Gibbons, who passed away yesterday. Nolan was an exceptionally talented singer, beatboxer, and musician — but above all, he was the kindest friend. He embodied everything we aspire to be. Nolan brought joy, curiosity, and warmth wherever he went and his energy was infectious. We will miss him dearly and we will love him forever. The Acapop! KIDS family is strong and resilient and filled with empathy, care and compassion. Nolan and his wonderful parents will forever be a part of this family. We love you, Nolan." 



 

'America's Got Talent' airs on Tuesdays at 8 pm on NBC. For viewers who wish to tune in to the show without cable, they can do so using streaming services like Sling TV, fuboTV, Hulu With Live TV, AT&T TV, or YouTube TV.
