'AGT: Fantasy League' viewers slam NBC for ruining V Unbeatable's finale act with too much 'zooming and panning with camera'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The Mumbai-based dance group V. Unbeatable should be grateful for the fact that the studio audience will choose the winner of 'America's Got Talent: Fantasy League'.
If it weren't for the studio audience, they'd have little chance of winning over home viewers, as many complained on social media shortly after the performance broadcast on February 12 about how the "faraway shots" ruined their viewing experience of the act.
Dressed in blue tracksuits with slight red and white accents, the group performs to Indian-style music with a powerful pace and tempo. Advanced acrobatics are a defining feature of their act, with members occasionally flinging themselves off of a platform with a sheet and flipping through the air to be grabbed by others.

"No one does it like you," Heidi Klum said.
"I gotta say, of every act I have ever seen on AGT, this is still my favorite of all time," declared Howie Mandel and added, "I truly hope that you win this."
"That was perfect; you couldn't have done any better," Mel B commented.
"The timing was so impeccable," said Simon Cowell.
Even though it was all praise from the mentors front, things were a little different for the TV audience. On Reddit, fans complained, "They did so much zooming and panning with the camera it was hard to tell what was happening…"
On X, viewers shared a similar experience, writing, "Your camera cuts are awful. So hard to see the actual performance from home. They are amazing performers, let us see them from the judges point of view and hold still." Another user chimed in, "Stop with the far away shots and the audience shots while they are performing. A couple of the stunts were hard to see with the camera so far back!"

Stop with the far away shots and the audience shots while they are performing. A couple of the stunts were hard to see with the camera so far back! #AGT

Some users worried, "Sorry, @heidiklum, but they are going to be beatable this time." One user also pointed, "V Unbeatable were great! But I do think their first performance with the motorcycles were slightly better."

Who is the founder of 'AGT's V. Unbeatable?
Vikas Gupta, Unbeatable's co-founder, died as a consequence of spinal injuries sustained during a dancing rehearsal in 2014. "Before we were V. Unbeatable, the name of the group [was] Unbeatable," said one of the members to the producers of 'America's Got Talent'.
To memorialize Vikas, they added his initial letter V in the front.
Where is 'AGT's V. Unbeatable from?
The Mumbai-based troop of 28 dancers made their first appearance on 'AGT' in 2019 and captivated judges with a heart-stopping audition. Members ranging in age from 12 to 27 were tossed into the air, where they performed balancing acrobatics and a perfectly choreographed routine to the accompaniment of energetic percussion and cultural music.
What happened to V. Unbeatable in 'AGT'?
The Mumbai-based dance/acrobatic group made their impression on Season 14 of 'AGT' in 2019, but finished fourth overall. They later returned for 'America's Got Talent: The Champions' Season 2, where they eventually won the whole competition.
This time, the group returned to the 'AGT' stage as Howie's draft pick. However, following their spellbinding routine in the semifinals, Heidi used her Golden Buzzer to steal the group and send them to the final on her team.
"How do you become greater than great? Only V. Unbeatable can do that," Howie informed the group before they had been stolen by Heidi, who later remarked, "I literally sit here and say, ‘Did I just see that?' I mean, it’s so insane!"
The 'America's Got Talent: Fantasy League' results episode will air on Monday, February 19, at 8 pm ET/PT on NBC.
