LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: After his show-stopping performance, 'America's Got Talent: Fantasy League' front-runner Hans took a scathing jab at Simon Cowell. Fans soon turned to social media to criticize Heidi Klum for choosing the accordionist for her team, who couldn't stop throwing the "b-word" around in a "family-friendly show."

Fans received a taste of what they may expect to see throughout the season on January 1's program, which included Hans, a quarter-finalist from 'America's Got Talent' Season 13 who Heidi picked to be a part of her Dream Team. Simon has previously disliked Hans' acts, so fans were curious to see what he thought of the competitor's performance.

The German native opened his act by performing Elton John's "The Bitch Is Back" on a piano that Heidi claimed belonged to Liberace. Hans then performed a dance routine that had the entire crowd on their feet cheering him on.

The performance finished with confetti and standing ovations from Heidi, Howie Mandel, and Mel B. "I know you love it, Simon," Hans said. "From one bitch to another."

Simon was asked for his comments after the other judges shared theirs.

"Look, if I'm being honest with you," the former 'American Idol' judge added, "he can't sing, he can't dance."

"If I can't sing and dance, when am I taking over your job, babe?" Hans snarled back.

His remark stunned the entire crowd, even Simon.

"It may not be my cup of tea," the judge said, "but we look for things that are different, and this was very Heidi."

While addressing Heidi, fans on X wrote, "Hans is in poor taste. Yuck!!! Not family friendly. .@heidiklum." While another user chimed in, "Not a good performance from Hans."

One irritated fan asked, "I only hope that Jon outdoes Hans (WHY DO THEY KEEP INVITING HIM BACK)." A fourth user wrote, "Not sure why this was on the fantasy league stage; I didn’t care for it at all."

One user further noted, "no longer a family show with drag thing with horrible language. I had to change it with my kids in the room." Another person added, "Maybe I don't get the concept but this act had no business being on the show, poor choice Heidi." "Hans is of poor taste. Not a family friendly song," wrote another.

While writing to AGT, one viewer wrote, "Horrible @AGT. I will not be watching this season. I thought you knew what families wanted. I was wrong."

What is 'AGT: Fantasy League' star Hans's real name?

Matt Gilbertson is the artist behind cabaret sensation and accordionist Hans, who catapulted to worldwide prominence in 2018 when he made it to the quarterfinals of 'AGT'. Hans was inspired by classical music.

While studying at Adelaide's Conservatorium, he purchased an accordion from his piano teacher.

How many times was Hans buzzed in 'AGT'?

Hans is the only buzzed act in the history of 'America's Got Talent: The Champions' or 'America's Got Talent: All-Stars,' however, Peter Antoniou ranked second in his preliminary week but did not progress. He is the only participant on 'The Champions' and 'All Stars' who has been buzzed twice throughout the competition, both times by Simon.

Where is 'AGT: Fantasy League' star Hans now?

He is now in Las Vegas, preparing to go on the road in 2024.

'America's Got Talent: Fantasy League' airs on Mondays on NBC at 8 pm ET.
