Which ‘Age of Attraction’ couples are still together? Finale reveals engagement, a breakup and major surprises
Netflix's latest dating reality show, 'Age of Attraction,' has turned heads with its unique concept. The show was hosted by Bachelor Nation's Nick Viall and his wife, Natalie Joy, who share an 18-year age gap. It started when 40 singles of varying ages were thrown into a speed-dating round. These people can ask anything, except one thing: their age. The objective was to understand how much age factors into a relationship. Six duos felt a spark and met at the 'Promise Room' where each revealed their age to their partners. All the couples decided to leave the Canadian mountain setting and test their relationship in the real world. The finale aired on March 25, 2026, on Netflix, and revealed the current status of these couples. Heading into the finale, one couple had already called it quits. Here's where the other five now stand.
Leah and Chris
Leah Woolfolk, a 41-year-old flight attendant, and Chris Dahlan, a 26-year-old public speaker, left the 'Promise Room' hand in hand, hoping for a happily ever after. However, real life turned out to be more challenging. Both quickly started cohabitating, which is when the cracks started to show. Dahlan confessed during a lunch with his mom that things are difficult. He was overwhelmed by the relationship's intensity. Woolfolk, though, remained positive heading into the 'Commitment Day' ceremony. “Despite all of our ups and downs, I think [the guy I marry] could be Chris,” she shared. Dahlan chose to pay heed to his doubts on the all-important day. “I think that we do need to continue to be honest with each other… Maybe the age gap was harder than we thought," he told Woolfolk. He claimed that it was becoming hard to be himself in the relationship, which pushed him to call it quits. Social media felt that it was unfair that Woolfolk was put in the spot, with the heartbreaking update. But in her interview with Swoon, Woolfolk claimed that she "kind of knew going in that he would say no. But for me, I was like, ‘I’m gonna say my truth because I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt.'”
Libby and Andrew
22-year-old social media manager Libby Vodicka was the youngest in the cast, and ultimately found herself falling for Andrew Wheeler, a 38-year-old father of two from Baltimore. Despite the audience finding her 'immature' throughout the whole experience, both she and Wheeler decided to give their relationship a shot in the outside world. As per The Tab, both were apparently involved in an unaired love triangle, which led to Vodicka not being as open to Wheeler as she would have liked. Throughout the airing, the couple was subjected to speculations based on their social media activity. In the finale, Wheeler asked Vodicka to be his girlfriend. Vodicka happily agreed. "I want to commit to you. I want a relationship outside of here. I know how important your daughters are to you. If you're willing to open that life to me, I would be happy to be a part of it," she answered during the heartfelt moment.
Theresa and John
The chemistry between Theresa DeMaria, a 54-year-old yoga teacher, and John Merrill, a 27-year-old software salesperson, was great from the moment they laid eyes on each other. Things became a bit shaky when the duo took their connection out in the real world. DeMaria started having doubts, seeing how close in age her three children and Merrill were. It initially seemed that DeMaria would choose to walk away from the relationship during the Commitment Ceremony, but a letter from her children changed everything. It was addressed to Merrill, expressing approval and support for the relationship. "It makes me feel a lot more confident and happy to know they wrote that to you. I had no idea what it said," she shared. "I don't want to walk away. In fact, I want to walk toward something with you." Merrill also declared that he was in "love" with DeMaria. For him, DeMaria brought a "sense of home" that none of his previous relationships gave him.
Vanessa and Logan
Vanessa Drozda, a 49-year-old salon owner, and Logan Goodrid, a 29-year-old corporate worker, possibly delivered the biggest bombshell of the finale. Both faced troubles while cohabitating, with Goodrid feeling disrespected as a partner, and Drozda desiring more intimacy. It seemed like things were going south on the all-important day. At the end of Episode 7, Drozda straight-up asked Goodrid, “Is this the part where you break up with me?” But to everyone's surprise, Goodrid went down on one knee and proposed. “It’s been a crazy roller coaster, but I don’t want to get off this ride any time soon,” he said while proposing. Drozda also decided that what they had was worth fighting for, and said, "Yes!!!" After the proposal, Goodrid couldn't wait to start his life with Drozda. "Age doesn't matter for us," he shared. "Vanessa changed me. She's the one who's made me feel ways that I haven't felt before."
Pfeifer and Derrick
Derrick Fleming, a 43-year-old medical salesman and father of two from Dallas, and Pfeifer Hill, a 23-year-old graphic designer from Seattle, hit it off right away. Living together was also no big deal. Hill had the first trace of doubts when the time came to introduce Fleming to her family. She began questioning whether she indeed wanted to make the big move to Texas for Fleming. Therefore, it was surprising when she decided to throw caution to the wind and made the call to stay with Fleming. “If I were to leave here without you, I may regret it for the rest of my life. Today, I’m putting the unknowns aside, and I’m trusting my heart,” Hill told Fleming. “I am 100% committed to moving to Dallas and starting our journey together.” Fleming, in response, gave her a key to their home and stated that from now on it was “our home.”
The show ended with three couples, one engagement, and one breakup. But are things still in the same place as they were when cameras stopped rolling? It has been one year since the show was shot. This question and more will be answered in the upcoming reunion special set to be aired on ‘The Viall Files’ on Wednesday, April 1.
