‘Modern Family’ Season 11 is only an episode away from concluding. Although, fans of the sitcom were quite excited to see the kind of conclusions that would be delivered to their beloved characters who entertained them for over a decade, the fact that it’s going to end forever isn’t serving them too well.

Episode 16 titled ‘I’m Going to Miss This’ has got the viewers extremely emotional by showcasing the last few moments, while they aren’t ready to bid farewell to the long-loved show. The latest episode saw Mitchell Pritchett (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cameron Tucker (Eric Stonestreet) embark on a new journey as they welcome home a baby son, and also finalize on the new house.

Meanwhile, the Pritchett household also served a platform for some heartwarming moments as Jay Pritchett (Ed O’ Neill) and Manny Delgado (Rico Rodriguez) connect over a round of wine tasting sharing a wholesome father-son moment.

“Watching the penultimate #ModernFamily episode and getting oddly emotional. I remember laughing out loud a million years ago during the first episode, losing touch, but finding my way back for this season. I felt right back at home with the same fam,” noted one fan.

Meanwhile, a few of them who have followed ‘Modern Family’ since its inception thanked the creators for presenting them with a show whose representation of characters served as an inspiration to the audience.

“I’ve literally cried every episode this season. It’s hard to say goodbye to our favorite shows... because it’s more than a show. You’re more than just characters. Y’all represent us. People. Everyday people and we aren’t ready to let go of people we love.#ModernFamily,” wrote an emotional fan.

However, the majority of them just aren’t prepared to see ‘Modern Family’ end.

“I've been watching this show since day one. I'm not ready for it to end. Keep hoping they'll change their mind. 'Modern Family airing on ABC' #ModernFamily,” posted one fan.

“With everything going on in the world, I am NOT emotionally prepared for the end of @ModernFam Im sad just thinking about it #ModernFamily #sad,” wrote another.

‘Modern Family’ Season 11 Finale airs on April 8 on ABC.
