'A real U-turn': Adele's friends worried singer is partying too much despite wanting 'more children'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Adele has been partying so hard lately that her pals are starting to question if it's time for her to slow down in light of the singer's plans to expand her family. The 'Easy On Me' singer has been enjoying the fruits of her effort, and she made sure to party with fellow celebrity Lizzo at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, on February 5. Lizzo said she and Adele were "so drunk" at the February 5 Grammy Awards event.
While Adele's friends are glad to see her happy, they are also concerned about how she will manage to balance all she has going on. The insider stated, "Adele doesn't do anything by half. It's wonderful for her to get free periodically." "It's a real U-turn from six months ago, when [Adele] was vowing to be ultra-healthy while they tried to get pregnant as soon as possible," dished the source. Now it seems the couple's baby-making plans "are either off the table or the rules are being relaxed. But either way, she could do with easing up a bit," RadarOnline reported.

'Me and Adele were drinking so much'
During a conversation with Elvis Duran and the Morning Show on February 10, Lizzo spilled, "I legitimately was so drunk. Me and Adele were drinking so much that we didn't even really know what the categories were at this point." She then candidly talked about their shenanigans that she had brought Sauvignon Blanc for Adele in another flask, and "then I drank hers," the 'About Damn Time' hitmaker confessed. She also revealed she had drunk tequila from her flask that night. "We were like, 'Wait, did they do the best new artist?' We didn't even know and then when it was time and they would call our names, we would just be like, 'Smile, smile'."
The 'I Drink Wine' hitmaker and her lover Rich Paul, who made their relationship public in 2021, seem to be still going strong two years later. The couple was photographed watching the Philadelphia Eagles vs. Kansas City Chiefs championship game together at the 2023 Super Bowl. Adele and her ex-husband Simon Konecki, whom she was married to from 2018 to 2021, have one child together, named Angelo Adkins.
'I want a baby next year'
Adele appeared on 'Graham Norton Show' last year where she shared her interest to have another baby the following year. “I want a baby next year”, she said before adding: “I have plans next year. Imagine if I have to cancel shows because I’m having a baby.” Adele said: “It takes me a while to recharge, and I would like to have more children—I only just feel like I’ve caught up with my sleep from nine years ago when I had my son.”
