Leida Margaretha won the harassment case against Tasha Rosenbrook due to ‘hate messages’
In a legal battle between Leida Margaretha and Tasha Rosenbrook, Leida emerged victorious in a harassment case due to the receipt of hate messages. Leida, who is married to Tasha's father, Eric Rosenbrook, was granted a four-year restraining order against Tasha in February. The court granted the order after Leida presented evidence showing that Tasha had sent her hate messages.
The conflict between the two seemed to escalate both on and off-screen. While tensions were evident during their interactions on the reality TV show '90 Day Fiancé,' the situation reportedly deteriorated further behind the scenes.
Leida Margaretha alleged that Tasha Rosenbrook targeted her on social media, sending hateful messages that led to harassment and negative attention directed at Leida.
The court's decision to grant Leida the restraining order suggests that they found sufficient evidence to support her claims of harassment. As a result, Tasha was legally prohibited from using social media to antagonize Leida.
