After posting the video, Kimberly received numerous DMs inquiring about her health. She responded with another Instagram Story to provide an update. The TLC show star revealed, "Hi everyone! Thank you so much for the DMs and checking up on me! I am okay and just need to rest for another day or two!"
Kimberly added, "I had some uterine issues and got some polyps and fibroids removed. I will be back to normal soon! Love you all and thank you for all the positivity!" However, in the previous video, Jamal pretended to be a doctor and asked her how she was."
Kimberly's son later joked that while he studied political science, he was also well-versed in medical matters. Kimberly noted in the caption, "Doctor Jamal in the house until the real doctor walked in." She added, "No one makes me laugh like he can."
