'90 Day Fiancé': Ed kisses Rosemarie and grosses out viewers who want her to run away from the 'pervert'
Ed and Rosemarie had a fallout after he asked her to take an STS test but the two were back on the same page once they talked it out. After spending one entire day thinking that he had lost Rosemarie, Ed knew that when he got her back, he had to treat her like the queen. For this, he decided to have her a nice foot massage that would leave her feeling relaxed.
Once the two reached their hotel room, Ed asked Rosemarie to take a quick shower. He even ordered a bottle of champagne to celebrate the occasion and make the mood romantic. Once she was done taking a shower, Ed sat her down on the bed and said he would give her a foot massage.
He gently started to manage her leg and assured Rosemarie that he was not looking at her pajamas and was focusing on her legs. Rosemarie responded with a giggle. Slowly, Ed decided to change his topic and asked Rosemarie how did they say "kiss" in Tegali. Rosemarie said it was called 'Halik'.
Ed later asked her if he could Halik her. Rosemarie was left surprised by the question and asked if he wanted to kiss her on the cheek. Ed revealed that he wanted to kiss her in the middle. She then pointed to her forehead and he agreed. However, Ed wanted to kiss her on the lips and asked her again if he could do so. While Rosemarie agreed, she quickly pushed herself back once their lips touched.
Ed remarked how soft Rosemarie's lips were while adding that he wants to hug her and do things that people in love do. Later in the episode, Ed revealed the two made love. Seeing their romance play out on television, fans were quick to form their opinion. Many thought that the kiss between them screamed of awkwardness.
"I can’t even make a joke about how horrible and awkward this scene of Ed 'seducing' Rose is it is just the most horrible thing I have ever witnessed," read one comment. Another added, "I feel like I need a shower after Ed and Rose. Just dirty and creepy and awkward AF. Like a bad Rape re-enactment. Eww."
Others thought that Ed was behaving like a pervert as one person wrote, "Girl, please run. Don't let that pervert anywhere near your bits. Sorry, but Ed is an icky perve." Another added, "I want to puke Ed is a pervert this is so wrong." Another viewer echoed similar thoughts and wrote, "Maybe Ed is playing to the camera? I mean he acts like a pervert so excited by this young girl. Controlling everything and so awkward and thirsty. It’s actually gross to watch."
While Ed might have enjoyed the kiss, it sure looks like the viewers did not have fun watching the scene.
