2022 ISAC: Highlights featuring K-pop idols at the sports show, fans say, 'hate leaving my body'
The biggest K-pop event of the year aside from the year-end award shows has always been the Idol Star Athletic Championships (ISAC) which take place during holidays twice over the course of the year and is back. Over the years, ISAC has made a name for itself to become a place where many active K-pop idols come together and play competitive sports in order to entertain fans.
After going on a hiatus for two years, the Idol sports event has finally made a comeback and will be broadcast during the Chuseok Holiday this year in September of 2022. In anticipation of the event, idols have already started filming for the event as they gather together at the Jamsil Olympic Stadium to play what fans call the 'idol olympics'.
