For Tammy Slaton, her weight loss has been a central theme this season. With Tammy getting bigger, there is a serious chance of her losing her mobility entirely and ending up bedbound. Her family is now more concerned than ever, seeing that she seems to be slacking on the progress she once made after her return from rehab.

Her brother Chris, who is also on his weight loss journey, found out that Tammy was in a relationship with Phillip, who calls himself the 'BBW King'. This was an immediate red flag for him as he rounded up Misty to go talk to Tammy about her weight loss. Amy refused to be a part of the conversation, as Chris and Misty agreed that they needed to not come off as argumentive.

As the siblings sat down, they asked Tammy about her weight loss and then about her relationship. Chris was concerned that Phillip made claims online that he would not date a woman below 300 pounds, but Tammy insisted that he was supportive of her journey. The siblings implied they didn't want a Jerry situation again, and Tammy argued, saying it wasn't the same. Chris even called her out and demanded to know if they were engaged as she countered that she would have told her family if something like that happened. The conversation very quickly escalated to an argument as Tammy was not keeping up with her diet and making excuses about her exercises. She even began to cry by the end of this confrontation.

Neither Chris, Misty or fans were fazed by it, with many taking to Twitter to call her out. "Tammy is a spoiled brat & a master manipulator. If I were her family, I would leave her alone & let her rot in that apt. They KEEP trying to help her, she clearly doesn't want it. She likes to have them worry over her & kiss her ass. They need to take her phone. #1000lbsisters" tweeted a fan. "Tammy's victim act is played-out. She's talking about people not wanting to see her happy? Tammy wants all of them as miserable as her. She's mad because they are making changes and becoming happy, while she's still in the same place she was 3 years ago. #1000lbSisters" added another. "Tammy wants them to believe in her. They have. And she's gained even more weight since last season. If she's doing the work, why is she still gaining? #1000lbSisters" noted a fan. "tammy making excuses yet again. girl just 5-10 minutes outside could be enough to start, you need to start walking to gain more mobility because you're so close to being bedbound! #1000lbSisters" agreed another. "God Tammy is a master manipulator! Look at those crocodile tears #1000lbSisters" tweeted a user.
