While a lot of fans showed their concern toward Tammy's loss, some slammed her for not being able to make her own decisions.

Knowing that Amy is the one who pays Tammy's rent, fans wondered whether Tammy is able to do anything of her own. In the recently released episode of '1000-Lb Sisters', we got to know that Amy pays Tammy's rent. However, it was not clear whether Amy meant just handing over the rent money or paying it from her own pocket. Seeing Amy talk about Tammy's rent, a fan wondered, "Amy is paying Tammy’s rent ??"
