DIXON, KENTUCKY: '1000-lb Sisters' star Chris Combs weighed around 450 pounds when viewers first saw him on the TLC show. Ever since then, fans have seen a big change in Amy and Tammy Slaton's half-brother's physical structure.
Currently weighing around 200 pounds, Chris is committed to achieving his health goals and continuing his weight loss journey.
Concerns about his health arose when he weighed 450 lbs, leading Chris to worry about potential serious repercussions.
Determined to make a change, he embarked on a journey of exercise and healthy living, shedding an impressive 140 lbs.
Opting for weight loss surgery, Chris transformed, losing an additional 100 pounds post-surgery.
Sharing the remarkable change on Instagram, Chris posted two photos, captioning the post, "I would have to say that this has been the hardest but the most rewarding journey I've ever done."

Chris and his wife Brittany Comb celebrated their 7th anniversary in October.
