Contains spoilers and speculations for 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3

KINGSTOWN, MICHIGAN: 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3 is getting intense with each episode, especially after the confrontation between Mike McLusky (Jeremy Renner) and Konstantin (Yorick van Wageningen).

As the power struggle intensifies, Konstantin has already taken steps to strengthen his position by sending his number to Merle Callahan (Richard Brake), the leader of Aryan Brotherhood.

Though it's clear that Merle and Konstantin are villains who can disrupt Mike's life, there's another villain lurking in the shadows with the potential to wreak even greater havoc. It seems the real villain is working with Merle to harm Mike and his family.

Are Anna Fletcher and Merle Callahan secretly plotting against Mike?

In 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3, Episode 2, a new character named Anna Fletcher (Paula Malcomson) is introduced. Her mysterious behavior has viewers speculating that she might actually be the true villain of the season.

Anna approaches Mike, revealing that her son was murdered by a close friend, and the killer may soon be released. Despite the parole board's decision, Anna is determined to oppose the killer's release from prison.

However, her request doesn't seem as straightforward as it appears. The way she was looking at Mike reveals that there may be more to her story. Anna's request could be just the tip of the iceberg, suggesting a complex web of personal vendettas that could entangle Mike in unexpected ways.

When Mike was unable to change the parole board's decision, Anna took matters into her own hands. She tracked down the young boy who she claimed had killed her son and confronted him at the bus stop. In a shocking turn of events, Anna killed the boy.

'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3 Episode 3 started with a cliffhanger as Anna was conspicuously absent throughout the entire episode. Her absence left viewers on edge, wondering about her whereabouts and what her next move might be.

Anna's swift and decisive action in killing the boy without hesitation raises intriguing questions about her past. It appears Anna might have a criminal record.

In one scene in 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3 Episode 2, Anna talked mysteriously about Mike's family, but when Mike asked her to drink something out of courtesy, she refused and left abruptly.

This scene suggests that Anna may have some knowledge or connection to Mike's family that she is keeping hidden. It appears she is working with Merle and secretly plotting against Mike, perhaps to take revenge. Perhaps Anna and Merle share a common goal or a shared grudge against Mike, leading them to conspire together.

It seems Anna and Merle want to remove Mike as mayor by causing trouble in the prison and Kingstown. Anna's willingness to kill a young boy on the road suggests that she is determined to discredit Mike's leadership in Kingstown.

In one scene in 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3 Episode 2, Anna offered money to Mike, acknowledging his efforts to help in her son's murder case. Mike initially refused, but Anna insisted he take the money.

It is possible that Anna gave money to Mike as part of a plan to frame him. By offering money and then insisting that he take it, Anna could potentially use CCTV footage or other evidence to falsely accuse Mike of accepting bribes or engaging in corrupt activities.

It is also possible that Merle sent Anna with the request to Mike as part of a plan. They may have wanted to distract Mike and tarnish his reputation, making it easier for Merle to achieve his own goals.

In 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3 Episode 3, Merle mentioned that he came to Kingstown to meet his niece. This revelation opens up intriguing possibilities Anna might be Merle's niece. It's possible that Anna is assisting Merle in his endeavors.

This partnership could be significant in the larger narrative of the show, as Anna's actions may have a direct impact on Merle's plans and the overall storyline.
