In 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3, Episode 3, viewers witness a scene where a homeless man saves a baby from a garbage bin. It is revealed that Konstantin dumped the baby in the garbage bin after killing Tatiana (Gratiela Brancusi).

The baby is alive, but Ian and Mike are shocked by the heinous act. Ian suggests that Konstantin could be responsible, as he has been targeting Milo's associates.

Ian advises Mike not to get involved, stating that they are untouchable. Despite the warning, Mike decides to confront Konstantin.

Mike goes to Konstantin's place and confronts him directly. He reiterates his warning, stating that there should be no more deaths in Kingstown, and emphasizes that if Konstantin continues his violent actions, there will be severe repercussions.

As the episode unfolds, Mike also looks for an orphanage to give the baby a better place to live, showing his compassion and determination to ensure the child's well-being despite the chaos and danger surrounding them.

Mike also learns that Merle Callahan is back in town and is staying in a prison facility. Concerned about the potential trouble Merle could cause, Mike visits the Kingstown Police Department. There, he meets Kareem Moore (Michael Beach) and asks him to ensure that Merle does not cause any trouble, emphasizing the danger that Merle poses due to his capabilities.

Later, viewers witness a lady giving Konstantin's number to Merle at a prison, saying they want to help. This hints at a potential alliance or collaboration between Merle and Konstantin, adding a new layer of intrigue to the unfolding storyline.

As the episode unfolds, viewers see that Iris is still in jail after being arrested for violating driving rules. Mike goes to visit her and offers to help, suggesting that she give her fingerprints. However, Iris refuses to comply, indicating a reluctance to cooperate with the authorities. Later on, Ian helps her and frees her from jail.

Mike drives a car and notices that someone is following him. He confronts the person and ends up killing him. In the next scene, viewers learn that Konstantin sent his man to kill Mike. He goes again to meet Konstantin and informs him that he can't be killed because Konstantin wants him.

In the last scene, various cars start burning outside the Kingstown Police Department. The scene creates a sense of unease and raises questions about who is behind the incident and what their motives might be.

It seems likely that in 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3, Episode 4, Konstantin will make Mike's life a living hell. With Konstantin sending his number to Merle, it's possible that they could collaborate against Mike to harm him and strengthen their grip in Kingstown. This potential alliance could pose a significant threat to Mike, as both Konstantin and Merle are formidable adversaries with their own agendas.

It seems that Konstantin wants to establish himself as a powerful figure in Kingstown, possibly aiming to expand his influence and control over the criminal underworld. On the other hand, Merle appears to have ambitions of becoming a major drug supplier in Kingstown, seeking to dominate the drug trade in the area.

With Iris' tendency to get into trouble, Konstantin and Merle could use her as leverage against Mike. By threatening Iris' safety, they could compel Mike to comply with their wishes, even if it goes against his own interests. This would put Mike in a difficult position, as he would be torn between protecting Iris and standing up to Konstantin and Merle.

Konstantin's actions, such as dumping a live baby in a dustbin, demonstrate his ruthless and cruel nature. This suggests that he is capable of extreme violence and is not afraid to resort to drastic measures to achieve his goals. Given his lack of regard for human life, it is indeed possible that Konstantin could go as far as to kill Mike or his family.

He could also expand his alliances to eliminate Mike from his position as mayor. By forming alliances with other influential figures in Kingstown, Konstantin could gather enough support to challenge Mike's authority and reputation.
