Spoilers for 'Yellowstone' Season 3 Episode 8 'I Killed a Man Today'

Wade Morrow (Boots Southerland) is not going to leave any stone unturned to take revenge from John Dutton (Kevin Costner). The two seem to have a (very old) bone to pick with each other, but 'Yellowstone' being 'Yellowstone', they are only talking in codes that only the two of them can decipher. At the moment, there is very little we know about him anyway. Theories range from him being Jamie Dutton's (Wes Bentley) real father to him "stealing" the Yellowstone brand, betraying John and running off the ranch. But these are only theories. The only definitive thing we know about him so far is that he stole something from John, who also wants to avenge this.

That, it looks like is not going to come easy. In the latest episode, Wade and his son Clint Morrow (Brent Walker), enter the Dutton land without permissions and do their bidding, might we add that they do so in a brutal fashion that we can't help but express shock at. It was supposed to be just another day of barbing wires for Teeter (Jen Landon) and Colby (Denim Richards). The two were going about their day when Teeter (once again) proposes that they go skinny dipping in the river. This time around though Colby gets on with it. While we were hoping the following scene would finally show the two romancing, creators had different plans.

Wade and his son are waiting by the river, probably expecting someone from the ranch to show up so that they can do what they had set out to. By now Teeter is in the river and Colby is just entering the waters, approaching them slowly with each rebuttal. Then, following a little tussle, Wade tells Teeter and Colby that he wants them to send a message to John. Wade and his son then ride their horses into the waters and stride all over Teeter and Colby who struggle to let lose - the horses stomp all over Teeter (who was naked) and Colby (who didn't have a shirt on). The attack lasts a few minutes but the ordeal is going to last a long while as the two had horses practically prancing on them.

Are they dead? When Wade and his son leave the scene, Teeter and Colby remain underwater in the river. What happened to them? If something is to happen to them, John and Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) are going to slice the Morrows into pieces.

'Yellowstone' airs on Sundays at 9 pm ET/PT on Paramount Network.
