'Windy City Rehab' Season 2 is coming to an end but not without some classic reality TV drama. As we were all told in the trailer that this season was going to be all about how Donovan Eckhardt and Alison Victoria's perfect workplace rapport will spiral out of control based on the allegations leveled against them. Donovan's general contractor and developer license was canceled while Alison had to face stop-work orders.

However, that didn't dim their spirits. The team continued working on projects. However, while at it, Alison caught wind of what Donovan had been doing with the money that they were fronting for the houses. She suspected him of siphoning money. Although, she didn't accuse him of it directly. In a sit-down with Donovan, Alison asked a few questions that pushed her to check with the person who does accounts for her and the team. Upon further investigation, she discovered an invoice of $1,50,000 that was paid toward Donovan's company.

"Where did the money go? Show me who you paid. Show me what happened. You got the money off the top. That means that’s my money too. Those are my houses. That’s my bank loan. And I received zero from those jobs. From most of them, I received zero profit," she shared in a confessional.

Meanwhile, fans are surprised that how Alison is still agreeing to do projects with Donovan and keeping him on the show.

"I'm so confused, I thought Donovan scammed you!??? But you keep him on the show, and trust him!!? Was this just a fake drama!," a fan exclaimed, while another tweeted: "Donovan a scammer basically #WindyCityRehab. Why didnt she have ol girl whose job is literally to know and oversee expenses to audit every job smfh. Cmon now. How you in business but naive at the same time."

"So why doesn't she think the bookkeeper was in on it? She should be the first one fired. They are all just lousy business people. It's all entirely unbelievable #windycityrehab," a user tweeted accusing the accountant. Another wrote: "So, Donovan Eckhardt is a thief! #WindyCityRehab #HGTV."

"So they are just "discovering" how much Donovan's company has been paid. Lying liars. They're all in on it #WindyCityRehab," a fan expressed, while another pointed out: "I'm so tired of the asides about Donovan. It's making me not believe her. Why complain about not being able to just cut ties if you're going to keep starting new projects with him? #WindyCityRehab."
