LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘Ted Lasso' has ended leaving fans very sad. Considering the show’s many memorable characters, we’re definitely going to binge-watch all three seasons and feel nostalgic over Ted’s ‘Believe’ and his continuous small talk, Rebecca’s hilarious expressions and Roy’s expletive-laden sentences. After three exceptional seasons, fans wonder if there will be a Season 4.

‘Ted Lasso’ Season 3 was intended to be long. However, the latest season introduced several new characters with incomplete storylines. Viewers expect a satisfying conclusion to Rebecca and Ted’s love story. However, it was reported that Season 4 may never happen and if it does happen, Ted will not be a part of it.

Will there be a ‘Ted Lasso’ Season 4?

‘Ted Lasso’ Season 3 is the last and final season of the comedy. In a conversation with Deadline, Jason Sudeikis, who plays Ted Lasso, said, “This is the end of this story that we wanted to tell, that we were hoping to tell, that we loved to tell," adding that the series was pitched with a three-season arc and they were currently telling the last story.

Sudeikis continued, “The fact that folks will want more and are curious beyond more than what they don’t even know yet—that being Season 3—it’s flattering. Maybe by May 31, once all 12 episodes of the season [have been released], they’re like, ‘Man, you know what, we get it, we’re fine. We don’t need anymore, we got it.’ But until that time comes, I will appreciate the curiosity beyond what we’ve come up with so far." Sudeikis confirmed that Season 3 was the last.

Will there be ‘Ted Lasso’ Season 4 without Ted Lasso?

Surprisingly, yes. It is worth considering that the next season of ‘Ted Lasso’, if it comes to pass, may be without Ted. The popular is extremely popular and despite Sudeikis bidding farewell after Season 3, the streaming giant may not be ready to give up on the series altogether. According to Deadline, the show’s producer Lisa Katler said, “We don’t know. We hope it goes on. Initially we were down for three, but it’s up in the air at the moment." Moreover, it was speculated that there might be spinoffs based on characters such as Coach Beard or Roy Kent. Nothing has been confirmed so far.
