PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: 'America's Got Talent' judge Simon Cowell was missing for the first few minutes of the show's Wednesday live results broadcast. Fans of the show quickly noticed the empty chair where Cowell was supposed to be.

Simon's disappearance left fans of the show baffled as he ended up missing the entire beginning of the show. He eventually showed up to the judge's panel and was seen to be very hot and sweaty, fanning himself with a piece of paper and panting.

The 'AGT' episode began with musician and actor Craig Robinson's piano performance on the stage. He performed 'A Thousand Miles' by Vanessa Carlton, welcoming all the audiences of the show.

In the absence of Cowell, the show's host Terry Crews appeared in the crowd singing the song. He then took over and filled in for the judge. This is the same song that Crews' character sings in the 2004 film 'White Chicks'.

Who made it to the finale after Qualifier 1?

Adrian Stoica and Hurricane along with Lavender Darcangelo made it to the finale after Qualifier 1. Both of their acts managed to catch the eye of the judges and move past the other participants with whom they shared a closely contested title.

Who is Simon Cowell?

Simon Cowell is a 63-year-old television personality, record executive and entrepreneur. He is the founder and owner of the British entertainment company Syco and the creator of popular franchises 'The X Factor' and 'Got Talent'.

He worked as a record producer, talent scout, and consultant within the British music industry before appearing as a judge on the hit British television show 'Pop Idol'.

He then went on to appear as a judge on the show's American counterpart, 'American Idol'. He is known for providing no-nonsense scathing remarks on the popular show.  

Who is Terry Crews?

Terry Crews is a 55-year-old American actor, television host, and former American football player. His role as the character Julius Rock in the sitcom 'Everybody Hates Chris' shot him to fame in 2005.

He also appeared in the NBC and Fox sitcom 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine as Terry Jeffords. He is estimated to have a net worth of $25 million.

They are -- Ahren Belisle (Comedian, aged 28, from Mattawa, Ontario, Canada), Alfie Andrews (Singer, age 12, from Stockport, Manchester, England), Andrew Stanton (Sword swallower, age 44, from Las Vegas, Nevada), Chioma & the Atlanta Drum Academy (Drummer group, ages 6-14, from Atlanta, Georgia), Dani Kerr (Singer & guitarist, age 24, from Statesville, North Carolina), and Erica Coffelt (Comic dancer, age 36, from Reno, Nevada).

The list also includes Murmuration Dance Group (ages 12-25, from Nimes, France), Ryland (Magician, age 10, from Birmingham, England), Sharp Family Singers (Singing group, ages 14-57, from Basking Ridge, New Jersey) Steel Panther (Rock band, ages 51-57, from Hollywood, California), Three G (Hand balancers, ages 24, from Lutsk, Ukraine).
