'Why this frame': Fans confused as Sony drops a new production still of 'Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: It's time to head back to the Spider-Verse, in a new adventure where Miles (Shameik Moore) will have to find his place in a multiverse where there are infinite Spider-People with cool powers and even cooler suits. The signature style from the franchise can be appreciated in the frames, with colors straight out of a comic book jumping at the audience from the screen. The fact that these movies are animated is enhanced by the movement dynamics of the source material. The previous film, 'Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse' was about Miles learning to be a hero after Peter Parker from his universe (Chris Pine) was killed by Wilson Fisk (Liev Schreiber). However, the new movie is about to bring a new set of adventures with exciting new suits.

Fans appalled by the 'woke' production still
However, after the picture surfaced online fans were quick to pass their verdict on the production still. One fan said, "Not watching this woke garbage," while another questioned, "Okay but why this frame?" A fan wrote, "They have four original non-white Spider-Man characters in this movie and still felt the need to raceswap a white character. At this point I'm done trying to understand Hollywood's hapless decision making." A fan jokingly commented, "Jessica trying to rizz up Miguel dawg." Lastly, a fan shared, "I wish she had her comic accurate suit or at least close to it."
