LONDON, UK: A body language expert conducted an analysis of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's non-verbal communication during a meeting with young Commonwealth leaders in 2018. According to expert Jesus Enrique Rosas, "Meghan gives really piercing looks to anyone who dares to steal the spotlight from her." He also shed light on her "concealed anger" when Harry spoke without permission during the event.

Simultaneously, Meghan's recent appearances have come under scrutiny, particularly ahead of King Charles' coronation on Saturday, May 6, after the former was reportedly absent from the public eye for several months. The Duchess's change in appearance is also being closely examined, with particular focus on the absence of her signature messy bun and the adoption of straight hair as her new style.

'First of all, the tension in her jaw'

During the 2018 meeting with young leaders of the Commonwealth, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were observed at the Marlborough House in London. The expert analyzed how when Meghan "talks or she's giving a public speech or the spotlight is on her in any way, she always has her face muscles relaxed." However, he added, "The moment someone else begins to talk or interrupts her or upsets her presence in any way, this is the same pattern all the time, first of all, the tension in her jaw," as reported by Express.

Rosas pointed out when Harry began to talk, "You can spot jaw tension in many ways, especially in the sides of the jaw, the jaw muscles, they are tense." He also observed a chin jut, where a person projects their chin forward, which is a visible sign of strong emotion at the moment. The expert claimed that it is a "very easy signal to spot" because the meaning is "almost always concealed anger, or frustration."

'You can actually feel a great deal of tension!'

According to Rosas, Meghan displayed other gestures that indicated anger or frustration. He noted that "she's moving her lips at the same time and showing her lower teeth," as showing the lower teeth is reportedly a sign of "being upset or concealed anger.' He interpreted that, "It's like she really wanted to talk at that moment, or control in some way whatever Harry was saying at that time." Additionally, the expert observed the muscles in her neck. "They are tense. You can actually feel a great deal of tension that is absolutely unnecessary for a posture as simple as this," Rosas opined.

While Meghan and Harry were speaking to other attendees outside, there was a moment when "Harry is the one talking and everyone was listening to him." Rosas added, "We are used to Meghan's mask slipping, when she is trying to come out as nice and then, for a split second she displays an absolutely different emotion." Meanwhile, Meghan's recent appearance has garnered more attention after the Duchess had been absent for several months, even during the release of her husband's memoir 'Spare' which raised questions about her absence from his side.

Last month, Meghan released a photo of herself visiting a shelter for homeless pregnant women. However, prior to that, her last public appearance was on December 7 at the Ripple of Hope Awards in New York. Although the 2023 Meghan looks notably 'made-over' after she filmed an introduction to a Ted Talk by her favored photographer Misan Harriman. Furthermore, the Duke and Duchess's made a surprise appearance at the Lakers-Grizzlies playoff game in Los Angeles on Monday, April 24. Harry and Meghan appeared to be delighted as they were spotted laughing and smiling during which the latter playfully declined with a giggle to kiss her husband for the 'kiss cam.' Subsequently, it has been reported that Meghan has recently signed with WME, a major talent agency in Hollywood.
