Why is Eden Sassoon being sued? 'RHOBH’ alum hit with lawsuit after her dog attacked woman and her pooch
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Eden Sassoon has found herself in hot waters again.
According to a report by TMZ, 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star gets sued by a woman after her dog, Australian Shepherd, Winston, bit a woman and her pooch.
A woman named 'Olga Mill' has filed a lawsuit against the reality TV star after the dog bite incident.
Mill claims that Sassoon's dog Winston savagely attacked her and her dog, Gus, while the two of them were out and about for a walk in Los Angeles.
In the lawsuit obtained by the media outlet, Mill asserts that while she was walking Gus on a leash on a Los Angeles street in August, Winston, another dog, attacked her and Gus without any provocation.
She also stated that at the time of the incident, a man named Ed Munoz was walking Winston.
Mill claims that Winston attacked her badly, causing multiple cuts and bruises all over her body. These injuries were so severe that they led to a serious infection, necessitating her hospitalization for one night.
In the lawsuit, Mill claims that Eden was aware of Winston's history of aggressive behavior, having been involved in previous attacks on people.
Despite this knowledge, she allegedly left Winston on the streets, "knowing that Winston would seek to attack and bite anyone in his view."
Mill is suing Eden for a significant amount of money, alleging that the dog attack caused her long-lasting disabilities, scarring, and disfigurement.
Why did 'RHOBH' alum Eden Sassoon leave the Bravo's show?
Eden who is the daughter of beauty icon Vidal Sassoon made her big debut on Bravo's show 'RHOBH' Season 7 as Lisa Rinna's friend.
However, it seems like she wasn't an ideal match for the show as she departed from the show after just Season 7.
She departed from the show due to conflicts stemming from her firm stance on Kim Richards' addiction issues and Lisa Rinna's concerns about Kim's health.
At that time, Sassoon took to her Facebook page and wrote, “Remember an END is just a NEW BEGINNING…I will be in full force with #love #hugs #truth and #compassion which are all things that make me shine. So if you can’t handle my light .. please go be dim someplace else.”
She shared on X formerly known as Twitter, "Grateful for season 7 #RHOBH. It brought me beautiful love from so many that I now have for life. It’s the #journey not the #destination .”

Eden continued, “My sister died of a drug overdose. And I don’t know if she chose to or it was an accident.”
Subsequently, she addressed her alcohol addiction, stating, "I was a fully functioning alcoholic, with a mother in recovery from alcoholism and a sister who overdosed. Why did I drink for so many years?"
Things changed in 2012 when her dad Vidal Sassoon died at the age of 84.
Sassoon recalled, “It was six months after my dad passed. I woke up really on the edge of my bed. And was like, ‘When, when, when are you going to stop? You have your life! You’ve been given a gift. You have children.’ I went right from there to a meeting.”
