Who was evicted in 'Big Brother' Season 26 week 4? CBS show star 'blindsided' by houseguests's votes
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Big Brother' Season 26 star Cedric Hodges recently faced eviction by 6-3 votes. Cedric was counting on the houseguests for the support but he was clearly blindsided by them. Tucker Des Lauriers, Makensy Manbeck, Leah Peters, Kimo Apaka, T’Kor Clottey and Joseph all voted to evict Cedric.
Meanwhile, Chelsie Baham, Brooklyn Rivera, and Cam Sullivan-Brown voted to evict Rubina Bernabe. Cedric eagerly volunteered as a pawn to eliminate Tucker hoping that he would receive his co-stars' support even if he lost Veto competition and AI Arena. Angela Murray and Quinn Martin were not eligible to vote because of their current HOH power but he trusted Kimo and T’Kor as they were in the same alliance. Kimo and T’Kor had also assured Cedric that they would not vote him out but they notably backstab the duo.
'Big Brother' Season 26 star Cedric Hodges regrets being 'pawn'
'Big Brother' Season 26 houseguest Cedric Hodges left the house with a smile on his face, acknowledging that this is what happens when you "volunteer to go up and miss your shot." Meanwhile, during his exit interview, Cedric admitted that he expected Kimo Apaka and T’Kor Clottey to flip on him.
He told host Julie Chen-Moonves, "I knew T’kor and Kimo would turn on me because they were too close with Rubina." The CBS show star shared his regret and said, "I volunteered to be a pawn because I wanted to see if I could trust working with T’Kor and Kimo moving forward."
Who won 'Big Brother' Season 26 week 4's AI Arena competition?
'Big Brother' Season 26 houseguest Makensy Manbeck notably won week 4's AI Arena competition leaving Cedric Hodges and Rubina Bernabe on the eviction block. During the latest AI Arena, Makensy completed with Cedric and Rubina in 'Upload/Download'.
The nominated houseguests raced to roll balls up a ramp in an attempt to land them safely at the top. To 'download' the balls the houseguests needed to roll smaller balls at the larger ones to knock them down the back ramp. Makensy landed three balls on the top while Cedric and Rubina struggled a bit. Rubina was notably in the lead but Makensy left her behind rolling all five balls first.
'Big Brother' Season 26 introduces 'AI Instigator' twist
Soon after Cedric Hodges' eviction announcement, 'Big Brother' Season 26 host Julie Chen Moonves announced an 'AI Instigator' twist. The viewers could now participate in the show through a web vote. The AI Instigator power would allow the user to create virtual avatars of other current houseguests, and control their actions.
The viewers will now have the power to choose who will initiate digital drama for a week while hiding their true identities. The CBS show host also revealed that viewers will be able to reward the AI Instigator with a cash prize at the end of the houseguest's week-long reign of terror.
