'Big Brother' houseguests fear eviction as Makensy Manbeck wields awesome power
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Big Brother' Season 26 viewers recently witnessed a wild twist during the reign of HOH Cedric Hodges. Tucker Lauriers won veto power and removed Angela Murray from the eviction block. However, HOH Cedric needed to choose another houseguest to vote for another nominee and he named Makensy Manbeck.
Now Makensy was on the eviction block alongside Tucker and Kenny Kelly. The houseguests were left stunned when Makensy activated her 'America's Veto' power to remove herself from the block. After Makensy's epic move, AI host Ainsley came on the screen to elaborate on the power.
Ainsley revealed that now America will vote on the replacement nominee which will be revealed only moments before they have to compete in the AI Arena on eviction night. Makensy's power has not put the other houseguests under eviction threat as the viewers could vote for any houseguest as the third nominee.
How does 'Big Brother' 'America's Veto' power work?
Makensy Manbeck's 'America's Veto' power gives viewers a chance to name the third nominee in Week 3. The CBS show viewers can visit the official portal and vote for the player they want to be the third nominee. However, the votes will not affect Kenney Kelley and Tucker Des Lauriers as they are already on the block. Cedric Hodges is safe from eviction this week as he is the HOH.
Meanwhile, Makensy saved herself by using her power, and Tucker saved Angela Murray with his Power of Veto. However, remaining houseguests including, Quinn Martin, Brooklyn Rivera, Cam Sullivan-Brown, Chelsie Baham, Joseph Rodriguez, Kimo Apaka, Leah Peters, Rubina Bernabe and T’Kor Clottey could land on the block. Kenney, Tucker alongside the third nominee will play in the upcoming AI Arena Challenge to earn safety.
Makensy Manbeck plans to target HOH Cedric Hodges
'Big Brother' Season 26 star Makensy Manbeck was furious over Tucker Des Lauriers for saving Angela Murray which forced her to use 'America's Veto'. Tucker wanted HOH Cedric Hodges to put Quinn Martin on the block but instead, he put Makensy and his move was highly criticized by the houseguests.
Tucker apologized to Makensy and revealed it wasn't the plan. Tucker and Makensy then vowed to target Cedric after he lost his HOH powers next week.
