After Drake’s much-anticipated new album 'Certified Lover Boy' dropped, his fans could not help but notice that he had dedicated his album to two specific women -- Nadia Ntuli and Mercedes Morr. Drake has been associated with many women, but the rapper dedicating the album to these women has surprised a lot of his listeners and like one of them said Nadia became the most searched topic on Twitter soon enough.

Dedicated to Nadia Ntuli and Mercedes Morr. RIP 💖 —Drake," the note about the dedication read. While people were quite familiar with the case of Mercedes Morr, the Fashionova and OnlyFans star, who was killed in Houston, Texas on August 29 as a result of a murder-suicide, fans were quite perplexed as to who Nadia Ntuli was as not much information about her was immediately available on the internet. As a result, her name soon started to trend on Twitter.

One confused fan took to Twitter and wrote, "Waiting for Twitter to tell me who Nadia Ntuli is…" One more asked, "Who is Nadia Ntuli? That’s a Zulu surname." A third commented, "Who is Nadia Ntuli? I've Googled and I'm not finding anything significant???" The next remarked, "Now I’m really interested in Nadia Ntuli’s background and ancestry." A commenter tweeted, "Nadia Ntuli is about to be the most searched on google sa.. Nami seng’buya khona. But I didn’t find answers." One more noted, "Dope ulbum, but who is this Nadia Ntuli?" A person reacted with, "Who is this Nadia Ntuli mentioned in the Notes?"

Some users who claimed to have knowledge of who Ntuli was, tweeted brief explanations along with pictures of her. "Nadia ntuli was a uk ig model & friend of drakes that died in a motor vehicle accident in dubai earlier this year," one of them said while another noted, "For everyone asking who Nadia Ntuli is she was a close friend of Drakes who unfortunately passed away in January, she would be sooo happy to know the album is dedicated to her my bestfriend, my sister I miss you." The second tweet had Drake posing with Ntuli and others. 

What happened to Nadia Ntuli?

There is limited information available on Nadia Ntuli, who was a UK model and friend of the rapper. She died earlier this year in what was reportedly a motorcycle accident in Dubai. On the day that Ntuli passed away, her friend, Mange Kimambi posted a photo of Nadia holding her son.

She wrote in the caption, "Oh Nadya, why why? Kenzo loved you sooo much, he thought you were most beautiful girl he ever saw. Every time he saw you he would say ‘ Nadya Nai’ meaning Nadya Nice. You showered my son with kisses, the photos of you and Kenzo warm my heart to this day. OMG, what will your mom do? My heart aches for her, you were her entire world, her only child. Rest In Peace beautiful baby. I can’t take this. Poleni sana Mindu family, huu msiba haubebeki." 

It was also reported that Drake and Ntuli have been friends for seven years. They have supported each other throughout each other’s careers. Drake said they lifted each other up and as a result, he still can’t comprehend her passing.
