TULUM, MEXICO: 'The Bachelor' Season 28 star Joey Graziadei's finale two women, Daisy Kent and Kelsey Anderson met the ABC show star's mother, Cathy Pagliaro, just before their last dates.

Joey's mom was born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She was married to Nick Graziadei but got divorced when Joey was in kindergarten. Despite the divorce, Cathy has maintained an amicable relationship with Nick and co-parented their three kids.

In the latest episode of the ABC show, Cathy had a private conversation with Kelsey and seemingly sparked doubt about her connection with Joey. 

Joey's mom told Kelsey about the possibility of her not being the one for the ABC star. Cathy's comment left Kelsey in tears and she claimed, "I can't tell you how much he means to me."

Cathy later noted in the confessional, "I think he's gonna have a challenge to try to figure out where his heart's leading him." However, the viewers slammed Joey's mom over her comment.

A social media user tweeted, "The Mom putting doubt in Kelsey’s mind. Leslie in audience like." Another person added, "Ok Joey's mom ....what if its NOT YOU. Holy put the fear and uncertainty in these women." Another critic noted, "They want us to believe it’s not gonna be kelsey so bad just pack up this doubt casting edit we’re not taking the bait."

Another internet user penned, "Why is everyone putting doubt in Kelsey’s head and then blaming her for not being definitive that she’s the one." Another viewer said, "Why are Joey’s parents trying so hard to put in Kelsey’s head that she’s not the one i’m so stressed."

Kelsey Anderson was quite nervous about meeting Joey Graziadei's family. She admitted in the confessional, "I do feel the weight of how significant this is, meeting his family." Kelsey added, "It's a little intimidating."

However, she also shared her fear about being compared to Joey's other final contestant, Daisy Kent. She said, "I do know how amazing Daisy is."

Joey had an emotional moment during her meeting. She tearfully shared, "I got to tell Joey a little bit more about my family." Kelsey added, "I lost my mom a couple years ago, and my mom meant so much to me. I know she would love Joey. He's got the best heart."

Kelsey Anderson and Joey Graziadei enjoyed a spa day for their last date before the ABC star's final decision. Kelsey was not sure if Joey would choose her but he reassured her not to be afraid.

Joey said, "I don't want you feeling that way, I don't want you having doubt."

Kelsey shared, "I want you to know just how much I love you." She added, "I want to be in your corner and I want to be your best friend and I want to support you. I want it to be you."

However, she later felt confident and reassured and admitted in the confessional, "Tonight went so great in so many ways." Kelsey further noted, "I got so much reassurance."
