He studied Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Web Development at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Ben's standout quality is 'curiosity of life'. He is also an avid dog lover and frequently shares photos with his furry companion, Kiba.
Ben kicked off his professional career as a Senior Support Engineer at Microsoft in April 2012. He was later promoted to Sr Support Escalation in 2014. In a career pivot, Ben transitioned to the role of Cloud Solutions Architect and DevOps Engineer in 2018.
According to his LinkedIn, Ben has spent the majority of his career supporting and developing for Fortune 500 companies, strongly focusing on cloud infrastructure, mobile, and web solutions.
After working for various companies, Ben took the risk and created his firm, Phantom Cloud, in 2018. In December 2023, Ben opened up about his business and claimed that he pursued a career that once 'haunted' him.

However, Ben has recently taken to his social media and teased his upcoming Netflix show gig. He shared a few screengrabs from the trailer of 'Love Is Blind' Season 6 and wrote in the caption, "Oh man, the trailer’s out – it’s getting real now!
